The burgers are too salty to eat. It’s been like this for years. It’s not just my imagination. My whole family has the same complaint. Please just stop salting the burgers let people put salt on themselves if they want. Otherwise the restaurant is great. The employees have always been really nice.

Got this fish and chicken family meal and couple other items. Spent $60. Food just wasn’t good at all. Well, the hush puppies were good. The rest, not so much. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and upbeat

We moved to Somerset just 3 months ago. A&W is our favorite ice cream spot. Unfortunately this A&W doesn’t like to give you the product you pay for. We go about 3 times a week but we will NOT be back to this one!
I ordered a Root-beer float, mind you they run about $6. When the very rude drive through girl handed it to me it literally had 2 bites of ice cream in it.
No-one wants to pay $6 for a cup of root beer! Get real!
I’m in the medical field as well as a farmer and I know drugs when I see them on someone’s face. So I do have empathy. But I want what I pay for!
When I went in and ask for ice cream for my float , She very rudely said, “it gets 3 1/2 swirls!” Well Thats ridiculous if true for such a huge float!
This is the ONLY ice cream selfish A&W Ive ever seen.
You have to order extra ice cream to get a real float here.
We love the people in Ky but little Miss Drive tru needs a new job or an attitude adjustment!

1st time here and it didn’t disappoint. Spicy papa burger was awesome and fries too. Rootbeer was fabulous along with cashier.

The employees were above excellent. The girls were so above nice. The brought our food to our table and their smiles were contagious. The food was very fresh and really good. The amount was excellent too. The one we visited was on Hwy. 27 in Somerset, Ky.

I am really disappointed in the quality of food here. The burgers are like soy burgers not real hamburger meat. The bacon if you want to call it that was burned anyway but gross. The onion rings and tenders are good though. Service was also good which is why there is 2 stars. But where is the real food?? Nobody wants these nasty burgers
