I’ll be honest, I was not expecting much from Long John Silvers and A&W combo. I normally leave these restaurant models disappointed, but this time was an exception largely due to Kayle (spelling). She was friendly and efficient. She also walked around checking on the guests like a waitress instead of a cashier.
As a fan of Long Long Silvers I was happy that my meal was just a yummy as when I go to a stand alone Long Johns.

Wanted root beer float they charge me for one but then said they were out of ice cream so had just told me to get a root beer 🙁 my chicken was too hard an chewy. Very disappointed use to love this place

We stopped as a family, and we ordered a variety of things, Papa Burger, Shrimp, chicken strips, fish. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp ricebowl. The flavor was awesome, but the rice got lost in the slaw. Overall I really enjoyed the spicy flavor, and I was not overfilled. Atmosphere was 3 stars because of the obnoxious music.

We came in and ordered 2 burger combos and a shake. We qaited a bit before realizing we hadn’t gotten our food. LSS, after accepting a wrong order and having our order remade, we were fine. I assume we came during a shift change? On Easter.
The manager was very nice and apologetic and brought us our remake. Things worked out. 3/5 stars :).

I stopped in after work just for 2 Coney Dogs. I ordered at the counter due to the drive thru being busy. I had a brief wait to place my order. The lady took my order for the 2 Coney Dogs and said “$7.00”. I handed her a ten and she gave me 3 ones back. I was waiting for my food and after 15 minutes and nobody coming inside to order, I asked the girl how much longer will it be. She said that she was working on drive thru orders. Two other employees were just standing doing absolutely nothing expect chatting with each other. I told her I just needed a refund. She got another lady, I guess the manger. She asked me for my receipt and I told her she didnt give me a receipt, but I had 2 Coney’s and it was $7.00. She worked on the refund and said that it’s $6.96. I said she charged me $7.00. I pulled the 3 ones from my pocket showing the change I had gotten back. She said again it’s $6.96. I told her it’s not about the four cents, it’s the fact she lied. I took my money and I won’t be back.

I feel bad leaving this because the cashier was very sweet and complimented my husband and I but this place is truly disgusting. I could hardly finish my food because everything was dirty. My food didn’t taste good and I’m honestly just waiting at this point to get sick. My sons corn dogs were grey in the middle. The food tasted old and stale. I will avoid this place at all costs next time I’m passing through KY. I feel bad for that girl working there. She deserves a better place of employment.

Immediately met at the door with a look and an attitude of spite for just coming in. The staff moved slow, and I mean so slow it had to be done intentionally. The onion rings tasted like old dirty fryer grease and the french fries (what few we got with our order) were shriveled and too hard to eat. Overall I would recommend the franchisee look into a hard reset of staff. To expect customers to be okay with spending money on unpalatable food is unacceptable. Absolutely awful experience and I hope this review serves the customers as a warning to go eat at any other establishment available.

I waited nearly 30min for my order, didn’t even get it, the people across from me got 3 different peoples orders, and before I left they had some girl walking around asking people what they had because they had no idea anymore. Half the sodas were out of the syrup and only giving you carbonated water, and the ketchup cups are as deep as a puddle so can’t hold much ketchup at all. I ended up leaving before I even got my order and went to dinner bell for my fish fix. Only the second time I’ve been here, and will probably be the last.
