when you’re craving classic comfort food. It’s nice having the best of both worlds in one place — burgers and root beer from A&W, plus crispy fish and chicken from Long John Silver’s.
The food is consistently good, especially the fish and fries, and you can’t go wrong with a cold root beer to go with it. The cheese curds were delicious and don’t forget your malt vinegar for the fish and waffle fries. Service has always been friendly, and the restaurant is generally clean and welcoming. It’s not perfect every time, but overall it’s a dependable spot in Bardstown when you want something quick, familiar, and satisfying.

Very disappointed. We wanted to try a new place so we thought our food would be fresh and hot. The fries were cooked so hard you couldn’t bite into them. The chicken you couldn’t pull apart to eat. The best thing was the hush puppies but you could squeeze the grease out of them. The only way we will be back is if the food is actually freshly cooked.

Very very disappointed. I ordered a Coney Dog Combo and it was gross. I literally only took one bite and decided I was done. You could tell it wasn’t fresh and the waffle fries definitely weren’t either. As far as service, you could tell everyone working could care less. I also got tea which was date and timed for today at 8pm which is fine but I can tell they just changed the sticker they did not make fresh tea when they put that sticker on. Tea is good for 8 hours meaning it should have been made fresh at 12. I ordered at 1230 and could tell from taste it had been sitting for more than 30 minutes. Honestly I’m not surprised though after seeing their health department score. How do you get a 92 on a FOLLOW UP. That tells me you failed the first time and yet you still didn’t fix a lot if you still ended with a 92. A 92 may be green but it is not a good score. I will not be coming back here. I will start going to sonic when I want a chili dog.

Restroom was quite dirty. Needs a serious deep cleaning…walls, toilet, floor. Supposedly it gets checked every 30 min but you couldn’t tell it.
Dining area needed cleaning help as well. I can only imagine what the food quality and kitchen is like! ing we don’t get sick!
Food portions are very generous and if you like deep fried and breaded food, definitely check it out!

The food was exceptional. It’s been years since I have had any and was impressed when my daughter an I went today. The fries hot fresh crispy. The chicken sandwich was hot fresh crispy. I have no complaints with my order. Only praises of good job keep up the good work. The past reviews had my daughter an I skeptical as to how it would be. To our luck an surprise Everything in our order was perfect! Thank you so much for being better.
Attn: Now the only complaint I do have is price of food. The only way her an I could afford to eat there today we had to get a regular combo slider meal an the meal was still over $11 for 2sliders a fry an a soda.

Ordered A2 with fries, cheese curds ,drink, and two pieces of fish. I did not get the fish. They won’t answer the phone. I have had issues the last two times I’ve been there. oh and i got 13 packs of ketchup when i asked for tartar sauce for the fish i didn’t get.

Stopped here about a month ago. The ice cream machine was broken so no floats or shakes. That was the primary reason for stopping, but not a big deal. The root beer was fantastic. The food was really greasy, but that is to be expected.
Stopped in again a couple of days ago hoping to get a float and a shake, the ice cream machine was still broken and this time the grill was also broken.
Hopefully this location can keep their equipment in a better state of repair in the future. I won’t know, since I will not be stopping a third time.
