The absolute worst customer service imaginable. I had a question for the staff before placing my order as it was my first time (and Last) there. They just ignored me. Take a look then just turn their heads and go back to what they were doing. Highly recommend you eat somewhere else.

If you’re craving disappointment, this A&W has you covered! After waiting 17 minutes (with no line!) I got a watered-down Mountain Dew, “fresh” waffle fries that tasted like they were reheated twice, and a so-so burger. The only thing fast here was my regret.

This is an A&W plus Long John Silvers location. Right now they have a $7.99 all-you-can-eat special. Best rootbeer in town. Dinning room is outdated with several broken seats and tables and was very dirty on the last few visits.

Worst service ever went inside to order a root beer float. Waiting 10 minutes then went to the drive thru and waiting another 10 minutes before being served and they dont even have the ice cream working. I think there was only one person working tonight.

It’s great when you are able to dine in. The key word is “when”. Most times when you attempt to eat there the doors are locked and you are forced to get takeout via the drive thru. Food quality varies on the time of day. If you go during off-peak hours you are going to be served food that has been sitting for a while. Employees are always friendly and accommodating.

There wasn’t anyone around the fryer, the drive through or the front desk. Had to wait for 10-15 seconds before the employee took my order. Once ordered it was not made to order it was sitting under the heater. Because as fast as I made my drink my food was ready. My food was warm not hot. Made in 20 seconds not likely because the employee that took my order was the same one that made my order. Second star was because she was nice.

First time here used drive through. The person was nice enough and answered my questions. My issue is I was asked to pull around front to wait for my burger. As I’m waiting over 5 minutes I saw employees standing around talking. The drive through person appeared to be the only one working and is who brought my burger out…why does a customer have to wait while employees are doing nothing?
