This was the absolutely best experience ever! Typically we see A&Ws on road trips but not like this! You can do drive thru style, order inside or sit down. If you opt to sit in, you order from a phone!! The food was really cheap and great tasting! Would highly recommended if you are passing through. Cheeseburgers and cheese curds were perfect!

Not the same as before Covid. Food was very good…but no glass Root Beer Mugs brought to cars anymore. No tray for the food at your window. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the food (chili dog, hamburger and cheese curds) and reasonable price!

Great American restaurant. The food is always incredible with exceptional service from the staff members. 06/02/2023 I made my 2nd visit to the resturant this season for an ice cold rootbeer and great food. As always the syagg were exceptional, courteous and welcoming. I ride my Harley from Syracuse to Cortland every 80+ degree day because it is that good. If they offered a turkey burger I would travel there weekly. Hint, hint!!

Great American tradition! Brings you back to when Mom and Dad loaded up the family truckster and stopped for a bag of burgers on the way to a vacation destination. Great service and food was fresh and full of flavor! Any variations of the root beer float, freeze, or shake will hit the spot!!

I always stop here on my way back home from Ithaca for a little bite of nostalgia (cheese burger and Root beer float). Despite how busy they are the food never takes too long and is always good and fairly priced.

I just realized you can’t see my sandwich but I had the Papa Burger with a Root Beer float and this was all so delicious! It was my first time coming here too and I was quite happy with my meal. Good service and clean, quiet environment.

Very disappointed with the new menu. The chubby chicken was removed. Sure wish they would rethink removing it. Far better than KFC in my opinion. Also new menu changes makes it harder to understand pricing well. Price increased as well but that’s to be expected. Still enjoy coming for the memories and will be back. Just wanted to voice my opinion. Thanks for still being open to enjoy.

This is a really neat A&W. Not like any I have ever seen. Ordering on the phone at the table was fun. The food was hot, fast and good. I was esp surprised at how good the fried chicken was. Portions were generous and we fed 11 of us for under $70!

Hadn’t eaten here in years as none near us,but found this on the road and stopped. Was just as remembered as a child and young adult! Food was wonderful, hot when arrived and very good Burgers. Fries crispy , old fashion milkshakes thick, fried clams great! Full and happy. Recomend to everyone!! Not a fancy place place. But clean , excellent service, fun! Big selection of food and they need to expand to Texas where we live!! Yummy full and happy!
