Always wanted to stop in and get me a Root Beer Float. Finally got to do it plus got me a Bacon Double Cheese Burger. That was awesome. Their fries was so crispy. I thought McDonald’s fries are the best but A&W fries are as good as McDonald’s. No regrets stopping in to get something to eat. If you never try the A&W at 6261 E Benson Highway, you should pay them a visit. Place is clean. Two thumbs up

Loved the Root Beer! Got a special burger and cheese curds and enjoyed my meal. Others choose a plain burger and felt it was good but not great, better than McDonalds and about the same as Burger King. Located in a gas station that leaves much to be desired. Friendly and fast service.

They close at 8 in store no matter the day, I will only drink A&W but after waiting in line for the time past the time they closed even though I got there just for a root beer float and the girl behind the counter put up the closed sign!! A&W brand has lost not only my business but my family as well. I am literally crying because I have been wanting this for MONTHS and online said they close at 9 but it’s a lie so just don’t be a busy person with an actual life you live and get there WAY before 8…

We went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 root beer floats around 7pm on a weekday. We waited over 12 minutes (we were the only car) for floats. We could see the staff just talking thru the windows.

They should consider new management and hiring More mature employees. It was really difficult communicating and I never got what I wanted. They were rude and a little childish saying “We only Work Here” but if you work there you should be able to help your customers.

Best strawberry shake around! Located inside a gas station with inside seating and restrooms. There is also a drive through with outdoor seating or plenty of nice trees under which to sit in your car and eat.
