Truly, I love this location, they always have top tier service and food, but today just felt off. When ordering, they didn’t hear I had my coupon so they had to add it at my vehicle. Maybe I’m wrong but it seemed like they were annoyed about it. I’m always nice to the workers there, so was confused. I got my food, got home, and they forgot about one of my items. I call up there letting them know. And they tell me I can only come back up TODAY to get the replacement. What is that? It’s completely stupid when many other fast food places usually have a list that they’ll write down your name and let you come back any other day. Absolute BS policy.
So folks, if you go there, they forget your food, and you are not able to get back there by the end of the day, you’re going to be SOL!! CHECK YOUR BAG!!!

I normally come here a couple times every few months. I ordered an online order around 7:45 because Google said they closed at 9 on Saturday. But when I got there at 8:05 (when my order was meant to be ready) they were already closed and looked like they had been for a while. Not a car in sight for even the employees. Was pretty disappointed and now I have to wait up to give business days for a refund :/

This was my favorite A&W. The food is awful and looks awful. How do places like this continue to get business. I will never go back. The bun was dry and looked burnt. The chocolate shake was no chocolate and was watery. What happened to the whip cream? Didn’t drink out of it yet. Look at the pics. What a shame. Hope the owner knows. Or maybe they don’t care.

Rockwood A&W oh yum I Love this place it has pull-up service and covered outdoor seating. Has been a frequent foodie stop Downriver to load up on the infamous footlong Coney dog with a frosty cold mug Root beer.. The service is fast and with a friendly smile, you are the best Jill! It was good to see you again.
