Every once in a while, you run across a hidden gem. We had been hearing about this place that just opened and decided to give it a shot.
It’s definitely mom and Pop and they both greeted us and talked to us throughout our dining experience. A quaint little restaurant, but smelled amazing when you walk in.
We ordered the Birria taco plate, chips, and queso, street corn. The chips were hot and homemade and delicious, as was the queso. The street corn was out of this world amazing. The flavors popped in your mouth.
The Birria tacos are some of the best in the entire metroplex. We’ve been searching and have tried at least a dozen places, and this is tied with number one. The flavors are unbelievably amazing. We dipped each bite into their sauce and it was amazing every single time we took a bite.
You definitely have to come here to try yourself.

This is easily the best Tacos in DFW. First time here and the quality is unmatched. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put love into each dish. The flavor is so good you want to try the whole menu in one sitting. The quantity is generous. And this is even kid friendly. We tried the nachos, el pastor tacos, and chips with elote. We definitely will be back!

Every single thing I’ve tried here has been beyond incredible. So far I’ve had the loaded chicken nachos, birria grilled cheese, loaded fries, birria tacos, and a burrito — and every dish has been ridiculously good. The flavors are rich, the portions are beyond generous, and everything tastes fresh and made with care.
The birria is outstanding, with that deep, savory flavor that keeps you coming back for another bite. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.
What also makes this place special is the owner. He is one of the proudest and most competent restaurant owners I’ve met, and you can feel how much he genuinely cares about the food and the experience people have when they come in. That kind of passion shows up in every dish.
I’m honestly planning to come back and try a new dish every time, because if everything I’ve had so far is this good, the rest of the menu has to be amazing too.

First time here- food was delicious! We got the Al pastor loaded fries and the fresh pineapple on top was SO good. The queso doesn’t have a ton of dynamic flavor but all the other flavors make up for it. Chicken birria tacos were loaded full of chicken! So much meat. Our daughter got the Mac and cheese, she loved it. Everything came with delicious pickled purple onions.

This place is delicious. Talked with the owner for about 20 minutes about life and food. Offered us a sample of their birria (which was scrumptious btw) and told us their story. I ordered the quesabirria and the others in my party ordered the birria baked potato and a birria/al pastor taco combo. Everyone shared and enjoyed every bite. Places like this are what makes Keller a wonderful spot, and I will gladly be back soon.

I have had take out from here before and it was good. But dinning in was even better. The owner is very focused on the guests satisfaction. So rare to find anymore these days. Tonight I had the Birria Risotto – the rice was cooked in the meat broth. The flavor was incredible. If there was ever comfort food this is it! And I was so pleased to see many people coming and going – because it means this place will stick around! My husband had the Birria Mac and Cheese and that was delicious too!

I wasn’t sure what to order, but the owner personally gave me a taste of the Birria meat to help me decide—who does that anymore! The tacos were absolutely delicious and lived up to the hype of that first bite. I was not disappointed at all and highly recommend stopping by for the food and the hospitality.

All I have to say is OMG!!! It blew my mind and expectations!!! I’m a “Birria Fan” but never heard of Birria Grilled cheese, so I tried it and was amazing!!!!! Street Corn and chips yummy!!!!! I will definitely be coming back sooon to try some other Birria items…. Like ramen , Risotto etc etc!!! And them Churros are amazing as well!!! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!!!

If you love mom and pop shops, this one should be in your list to try because their birria tacos are amazing! The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling face and the employee, who I assume is the owner, was so happy and eager for us to try their beef that he gave us a free sample and it was delicious. As we sat down to wait for our food, more people came in and he was greeting everyone like if they have known them. Being there felt like I was at a friend house. This is definitely a place to try but I should warn you, it’s a little pricey but so worth it.
