Dinner :
We have been here several times for dinner. And always slow getting served But food was always good. Tonight food was not very good !
1)Brew burger was cold and the tomato was mushy and lettuce was wilted.
2)Thai chile wings were just OK.
Mac and cheese side (see pic) think it was left from previous customer unfinished bowl. (Same bowl)
The waiter was very nice but he was so busy working both outside and inside tables .
Only 2 tables inside had customers but was slow to serve.
Think kitchen had issues.
6:30 for dinner and they said they had no salads . Ran out of salad ingredients .
Again this was 6:30 on Saturday night.
This use to be a great place to have dinner and a place we would take out of town guest.
Not sure the issue . But a shame for this establishment.
My recommendation go here for “BEER ONLY”!!

My wife and I decided to have lunch at the taphouse today. I ordered the cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo and a side Caesar salad. My burger was dry and had way too much much mayo on it and barely any grilled onions. The Caesar salad was soggy and completely drenched in dressing. My wife ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato and a side of fries. Our food came out except the fries the waitress said the fries would be right out we finished our meal still no fries the person who just ordered at the next table who ordered 15 minutes after we did got his fries as we were done eating and asked for the check my wife’s fries came out, we told the waitress we no longer wanted the fries just the check we were ready to go. I paid the bill in full and we left. This is the second time aviator has let us down the first was at the smokehouse.

I used to love this place in high school, but it’s gone way downhill. Every time I go now the service is terrible. On my last visit I waited an hour for a simple order of tater tots and they never even came out. After 30 minutes I had to track down the bartender myself to ask about them, and he didn’t even bother to go check on the order. No one checked on us the entire time. After waiting that long with zero updates, I ended up leaving without the food I ordered. Really disappointing experience. Definitely not the place it used to be.

Went there today! Service and food was great We sat outside in the beautiful weather which was great. The one young lady was vaping which is very unprofessional and I believe unsanitary, even though it’s outside, and the one young lady that was serving food needs to not carry the food up near her face and have the food not touching her chest as she carries it out. She carried our food out fine otherwise I’d have sent it back but I watched her carry multiple times where the food was touching her side of her body and it was up near her face cuz she was trying to carry more than she could very unprofessional and unsanitary!

OMG, the manager Nunzia is amazing. She is so welcoming and extremely attentive to my needs as a customer. Her personality is very friendly and makes my experience so enjoyable. She works very hard, and her staff are just as friendly and welcoming. I come to Aviator because of the atmosphere and customer base. Her leadership is displayed throughout the staff and is the reason I keep coming back.

Excellent burgers, club sandwiches, and waffle fries—the only downside was trying to decide which side to get! The sweet tea tastes like grandma made it. And if you’re into craft beer or root beer, this place is an absolute must. Great food, great drinks, great people.

Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Food was incredibly bland, there were items in our drinks (hair, debris), we rarely saw our waitress and she was very short and unfriendly when we did see her, multiple items we ordered came out wrong… We’ve been here before and had a great time but we will absolutely not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for more than a drink.

This has to be one of the cutest, nicest and friendest places we have ever had an incredible dinner at. The staff makes you feel super welcome and like friends instantly. The atmosphere at the outside bar was so relaxing. The best is the food . I had a Cobb salad and my hubby had the nacho chips. Both had chicken on them that was cooked with some kind of seasoning that was perfect. They have I think home made ranch too, which was very good! The only thing we did not know at first is the patio is super dog friendly. We could have brought our furr baby to enjoy dinner with us, which we will next time for sure They also have gas fire pits outside to warm you up . The restaurant, trains next door running and the wonderful little town is so charming we felt like we had found a perfect fall Hallmark town !!!
