Pour your own! Great locally sourced food and crafted beer that is worth the drive to check out. Great selection of classic and modern beers that pack flavor and can be actively enjoyed with your furry friends and families members equally. Enjoy a night in their beer garden or their cozy well decorated aviation themed interior – even the men’s room had great artwork and ran the theme throughout the whole establishment. Highly recommended.

First time here. Came on a Sunday evening. Came with adult kids & grandchildren. Family friendly with children’s area and board games available for older children and kids at heart who like to play classic games. Great theme of planes and sky throughout the space. Nice & clean & friendly. Plenty of parking.
We came from the local corn maze adventure so everyone had their appetite. Children’s menu available.
First time experiencing a self-service tap wall with beer, cider, and wine choices. Start a tab with an access card that is linked to your credit card. Insert the access card in the slot below your beverage choice and pour as much or as little as you want. You can see how many ounces are poured into your glass tumbler.
Unlimited tap soda & tea available for $5 at the front by the mini gift shop. Order your dinner off the app.
Enjoyed the fresh crab cake & homemade slaw. The shoestring fries were my least favorite item. Would like to see a veggie alternative. Everyone enjoyed their fresh local beef burgers and one even got a chicken sandwich.
Definitely will visit again when in the area.

This was our first visit for my son’s birthday and they didn’t disappoint. We were greeted by a friendly woman at the register and she welcomed us as she learned we were first time visitors. Food isn’t cheap, but it was delicious and the beers were great as well. The system to get a beer is unique and fun and we were visited a couple of times by our friendly hostess and a young gentleman who were making sure we were good. A+ experience. Give them a visit!

Engaging hard-working owners. Good food that gets better with time. Unique beer system that lets you choose as little or as much as you want to try out all beers. I live in Stewartstown and am proud that this is my local brewery and restaurant. I understand that a self-serving beer station is not for everyone, but if this particular system is not for you, it is unfair to give this place a negative review for it because of a personal preference. Also, I was there on NYE at Trivia night. How much fun!!! I read a few reviews complaining that the food service was slow. Running a well-oiled restaurant on NYE is an art, and the staff did it with flying colors. Any normal person would understand that when that many people are ordering food at the exact same time, it will take more time than usual. This place has gotten monumentally better since opening. I do think it would be nice for the staff to be more knowledgeable about the beers, since I know many of them are young. (This is not a complaint, but constructive feedback.) Congrats to the owners and staff for being such a great part of a small town. I appreciate every single one of you.

If you haven’t tried the Aviator, you are really missing something special! I LOVE their Sangria, and my husband always loves the IPA selections. We both had the pizza special and shared garlic wings. The wings are SO GOOD there! This place is a hub of not only good people, food and drink…but also a ton of military history in pictures and donations from the community! Don’t miss it…it’s a family friendly atmosphere, a great place that’s run by a former Marine. Highly recommended local star!!

Really love this place! Consistently good food and weekly specials made from scratch. The beer selection has something for everyone. Love how they enrich the community with their special events like the night markets in the summer and during the holiday season. They really add something special to the Stewartstown community. We have become weekly patrons and look forward to their evolving menu items.

I was in the area for work and happened upon the Aviator Brew Hub. My entire experience was great. I was greeted with a friendly hello from David and Ariel. I had the chicken chili, a salad, and a burger – my salad greens were fresh, my chili was flavorful, and my burger was tasty and the bun seemed bakery fresh too. Just be aware the beer is self-pour, but my pint of Mexican lager was a little over $4 with tax included.

For lunch, i had the Jalapeño Brat on pretzel bread. It was delicious… better than i imagined. Actually the best, most original sandwich I’ve had in ages.

I recommend their Cabernet, Octoberfest, Ciders, & Hazy beer! I liked the idea to pour your own drinks. The shrimp mango tacos, the nachos, and the fried perogies were good too. Check it out!
