I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone through GrubHub. Paid $20 after tip. This is the absolute smallest calzone I have ever had! You might as well put it in the kids menu. Not at all worth the price. Very, very disappointed as I was looking forward to a great calzone for dinner tonight.

I’ve been trying new pizza places in the area and figured I’d give this one a shot. Let me tell you, it was a big mistake. I didn’t even end up eating it and bought pizza from somewhere else.
The crust was burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock at the top, but the underneath of the pizza was undercooked? Not sure how that happened. The pizza was basically cold, the pepperoni was burnt but also undercooked, the cheese was rubbery, and the sauce tasted like someone put a can of regular tomato sauce on it and called it a day.
Waste of money. No thanks.

Passing thru trucker and the pizza was legit! Crust was perfect. Highly recommend and enough space to turn my semi around in the back around 6pm in the evening.

The bartender greeted me and introduced herself almost as soon as I sat down. She went on to introduce the other bartenders and welcome me to Average Joes. This was the first indication that I had that this was a good place to hang out. Later, as the band warmed up and the place began to fill with patrons I had a chance to experience their food. The tacos (more like burritos) were excellent as were the wings. Eventually there were just too many people there for me, but that’s a me problem. I’m very glad to have visited and I’m sure I’ll stop again. Oh, the 80s cover band they had that night were really good too.

The name of the restaurant perfectly described the food: average. Their burger and fries have no flavor, the pizza is meh, and the mac and cheese bites are made of Velveeta. It’s nothing to write home about and I consider it not to be a restaurant to call when drunk.
