This place was exceptional. I brought my husband for his birthday brunch, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, personable, and professional. They were attentive, social, just all around great and friendly service. We’ve been to other Brazilian Steakhouses, but so far this one has been the most enjoyable. Will definitely come back!

I loved it way more than I thought I would. The atmosphere outside pales in comparison to the inside. It’s clean, fancy and the staff is phenomenal. I enjoyed it so much i didn’t even get a chance to take photos of the delicious pieces of meat that came flying out of the kitchen, each juicy and full of flavor. Even the salad bar was fresh and full of options- which I did manage to snap a photo of. If I could afford to eat here more often, I would, without a doubt. Take your family, friends, a date. It’s great for all occasions.

Avenida was the perfect place to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary.
We chose them over many other Houston restaurants because the service, ambience, and wait staff are superb!

Very disappointing experience, we have been going to the Avenida Brazil over at Bay Area and decided to visit this one since we thought it would be pretty much the same, it was not the same at ALL, first of I cannot complain about the service, the waiters where nice and they regularly checked on us while not exceeding in their service, however the food looked old and smelled like it had expired, everything over at the salad bar looked old like it had been sitting there for a day or two, the food tasted old like it was about the expire, the steak was burnt and the shrimp and salmon tasted very unseasoned and tasted expired, I sat down to eat my salad just to try and see if it was any good but then I found a fly right on my piece of lettuce, the Pão de quejio (cheese bread) looked old and sad I tasted it and it tasted like it had been heated up several times, please do not go to this unless you want to spend the rest of the night in the bathroom and waste a lot of money, go to the Avenida Brazil in Bay Area Webster, everything is better there, the food, the service, the atmosphere, even the meat cuts are better, this was very disappointing and I hope this review makes them at least try to better their food.

This was a graduation celebration. The event person recommended a private dining room and it was perfect. We had our own server and they presented our cake on a nice stand for pictures before they served it. The food was great too!

The experience was phenomenal. Our waiter was so attentive, friendly, welcoming, and funny. My husband and I invited our son and his girlfriend, and my in law’s to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. We all loved the food. We enjoyed the atmosphere and company. I recommend this place. It was very clean, nice, and well maintained.

We have tried at least 5 different Brazilian steakhouses around Houston and this one had the worst meat texture and flavor yet.
They are also not clear at what lunch specials or other options they have and are not good at providing all of them when asked. Not worth the price.

Overall great.
It was a semi-welcoming experience. We were sat pretty promptly with a reservation ahead.
Drink menu was very wide and flavorful. We ordered a wine and tropical drink. There was too much fruit and ice in the tropical drink so it was a little hard to drink through the straw.
Salad bar had a nice selection. Wish that there were more greens and fruit options. There was no rice but rice was served at the table.
Meats.
We were asked about 5/6 Meats before the gauchos started coming around. We were presented with rice, potatoes and plantains before the Meats arrived.
The Meats were cooked wonderfully. We weren’t the biggest fan of the salmon and did not true shrimp due to an allergy but the Meats were cooked as needed/asked.
Our main server was a hit or miss bc she seemed like she was too invested with the larger party who spoke her native language.
Overall, we had a great dinner and got to celebrate our anniversary.

We went out to celebrate a joyous occasion and lucked up-it was Restaurant Week(s). Which limited our meat selection a bit but everything was delicious and seasoned well! The salad bar, had decent selections and did its job by filling us up far too quick. Wish I knew the lemonade recipe-we were non-alcoholic tonight. Great place for hungry young men with great appetites!! Staff was outstanding.
