Call them at 860-426-6305. The new opening comes just over a year after their Meriden location closed. The new restaurant is smaller than their previous space …

Love Avanti’s new spot. Since it’s smaller than there old spot, they need to handle reservations vs walk ins better. They seem to seat there “old guard” customers without reservations, which imo not right.
Food is great as usual. Love the sandwiches for lunch. Would like a couple of handheld options on the dining menu if I don’t want a large dinner plate

If you have not been to Avanti Grill you should definitely go. We have been there at least 4 times since it opened and we really love it. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly from Josephine the Hostess who always greets you with a smile and the servers Linda, Liz and Jordan who will make sure you have everything you need Avanti is a wonderful addition to Cheshire!

This place doesn’t know what they want to be. Are you Mexican, Italian or American fare cuisine? The menu is all over the place. Generally the food is acceptable, but a far cry from the Avanti’s in South Meriden. They should move back as that is currently vacant, and stick to what you know which was excellent Italian food.

The old Avanti was a better value for sure. Portions at the Avanti Grille are smaller, my brother in law got lasagna, no salad , no pasta. I had the burger it was good, smaller size to me than average. My wife had a chicken parm like sandwich. Good size and tasty. A bit expensive for what you get. Food was still tasty and good however. Needs some more dinner choices.
Likely not to go back.

Beautifully-remodeled restaurant with delicious food. Great barrel-aged cocktails too. The authentic brick oven makes yummy pizzas. Vibe is on point at this place.

An absolute far cry from the original….. The pizza they’re turning out of their new oven is equivalent to a Di Giorno microwavable pizza…… The original had fabulous pizza, especially their Sicilian. Also worth a mention, they’re in the worst location in town, where restaurants go to die…….the watch factory…What a let down.
