The food is very good and worthy of 4 stars but the service is severely lacking. The workers behind the counter make it seem like they’re doing you a favor to take your order and fulfill it. More concerningly, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese which was in the refrigerated case and needed to be heated up to be served. They heated it up and gave it to me but when I sat down to eat it I found it was very cold in the center. I went back in to notify them and not only did they not apologize and recognize it was an error on their end they made it seem like I just “wanted it hotter”. Then they took the sandwich I had taken a bite out of and put it back on the tray and put it back into the oven/heater. I told them I took a bite and they didn’t care. It’s a shame because the store is cute and the food is legitimately tasty.

I honestly wanted to like Aux Délices, have heard so much about them but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt off—like you’re inconveniencing them just by showing up. The service was slow, unwelcoming, and borderline rude. No sense of hospitality at all, which is crazy for a place that clearly wants to be seen as “upscale” or “charming.”
To begin, they take forever to acknowledged you. This lady with black hair and glasses literally has an attitude the moment you walk in and to top it off they hardly speak any English which makes it hard to order and because of that they got my order wrong and trying to explain the confusion to them is a nightmare.The food? Not bad, but their customer service completely ruined the vibe.
To make it even worse, the wait time was ridiculous, and no one seemed to care whether customers were actually enjoying themselves. The whole experience felt like you were bothering them by eating there.
I left feeling annoyed and regretting wasting my money here. There are way better places with better food and friendlier service. Definitely not coming back.

Sucks, I was so excited to come here today it’s not my first time. I order a turkey BLT with avocado in a wrap and I was in a rush so I didn’t check before I left but when I got back home it had no turkey, no avocado, literally what I asked for and repeated multiple times because the guy taking my order couldn’t hear but I saw the words turkey and avocado on the screen, he put it in the computer. $18 for just bacon and lettuce really sucks.

As others have said most disappointing experience. Lived in Greenwich for awhile now and wanted to give this a try. I dont know how one messes up a grilled cheese sandwich, but you do. Lesson learned.

Food was really good and priced cheap considering the area you’re in, it was also done quick, and the staff are very nice. Wide selection of food that you can just pick up and go.
Only wish is that they had more seating inside, but it’s a small location, so nothing to complain about.
