We were starving & didn’t want fast food. Saw the parking lot pretty full so decided to check it out. They have a buffet that looked pretty good, but we ordered cheeseburgers and fries.
The sweet tea was perfect! The burgers were freshly cooked and the fries tasted like real potatoes, hot and crispy. I was impressed with the burger. It was thick enough, cooked enough and seemed not greasy at all.
If I’m passing this way again I will stop!

We stopped by today mid afternoon to eat. Don’t judge the outside appearance as the inside has been updated some and is clean. The food was very good..down home cooking. Met the grandma whose recipes they use. Think I liked the homemade pies the best. The meringue was so high and yummy

Autry’s is a wonderful place to go to eat if you’re looking for great food in a cozy, homey atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel like family. A very welcoming establishment that I pray stays around even longer than it’s already been there.

A gem of a restaurant! This community is blessed to have this small business available to them. We had breakfast and the food arrived quickly and hot. Only one waitress working. The best home made food i’ve had in Tennessee. Excellent lunch buffet! Tuesdays is Kraut & weenies and fried chicken. Wednesdays is chicken and dumplings and meatloaf. Definitely a must stop for lunch.

Be careful on what you order!! Prices listed on the breakfast menu is at least a 3rd of what you will be charged!! I guess they don’t know that’s illegal to charge more then listed. When I questioned it I was told “oh we haven’t updated the menus yet”! Good thing I was in a good mood that morning. Our meal should of been. $25 something but was charged $59.43. Be careful and question the price before you place your order.
