Best authentic Filipino food in Nampa! This truck has amazing variety, amazing service, and of course – amazing food! The owners are super kind and happy to provide options to sample and taste as well as giving large and filling portions. Give it a try, it’s worth it.

The food here is so delicious and 100% authentic. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often. I had the lumpia, diniguan, sisig, lechon, siopao and turon – it was all amazing. And to top it all off, the ladies who own and operate the place could not be more lovely. They treated me more like family than a customer. I would highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try. I will be back for sure!

Good food and a short wait time, which is always a win. The spot is super convenient since it’s right next to an Asian grocery store, so it’s easy to grab a bite before or after shopping. Prices are reasonable for the portions, and the food definitely satisfies Filipino cravings. We tried the Dinuguan (blood soup), Pork Liempo (pork belly), Sisig, and Turon (banana spring rolls), and everything hit the spot. We’ll for sure be back to try more when we’re around Nampa.

Our daughter is Filipino and we’ve been looking forward to trying their food truck out. It did not disappoint these Filipino food fans! We had the traditional sisig, pork fried rice, lumpia, mechado, pancit guisado, and a coconut glutinous rice dessert. Finished with a wonderful ube shake. Everything we had was authentic (like the name says) and tasted fantastic! Cherry on top was how friendly, sincere, and welcoming the owner & her daughter were. Don’t miss out! Hopefully we’ll see you there soon because we’ll be back.

This is my first time trying Authentic Taste of the Philippines (Nampa).
I think I should have been here way earlier. Since I eat Filipino food everyday, I don’t really have that motivation to travel that far for what I already eat on a regular basis. This place is 10 miles from my house.
But…
….this is really good Filipino food right here.
The Sisig (pork hash) is really good, even comparing it to what I’m used to eating in Manila. The pork parts used are uncompromisingly authentic. I thought they’ll be using more wholesome pork cuts for American customers but they actually used the actual needed cuts. Much to my surprise.
The whole vibe of the food is like you just went to a Filipino party but the cook in the family is really skilled. And then you start to think that this is one of the top Filipino parties you’ve been to. It has that feel.
I’ll definitely be back. I know it’s 10 miles from my house, but I need to have that sisig again. 🙂

My wife & I tried their food today and it was fantastic. We recently moved to the area 6 months ago & we had been craving authentic Filipino food. We were SO happy to discover this place-it did not disappoint! The service was great. The mother daughter duo are kindest people. We will be sharing this place with everyone we know and we will absolutely be coming back for more delicious food! The food is 100% masarap!!!

We just moved to southern Boise and I was so happy upon finding out about a pinoy eatery in Nampa. It’s kinda far from my house (about a 40-minute drive) but so worth it! I come here when I’m craving some pork sisig or dinuguan and I’m too lazy to make it myself — both are so good! Can’t forget the ube shake, lumpia, and some turon. Thank you for serving amazing food & for the friendly service!

I have some Filipino friends and love their food so I stopped here today. The young lady who took my order was very nice. The food was amazing, I got pancit and lumpia. They make way better pancit than I can!! Stop by and shop local!

This food truck has some of the best Filipino food I’ve had outside the islands where I’m from. Their pancit is always flavorful, and their turon is perfectly crispy and caramelized—just how it should be. On top of that, the people running it are always so friendly, which makes the experience even better. If you’re craving real Filipino food, this place is definitely worth checking out. Salamat!
