Warning.: Do Not Use This Catering Company for Any Event
I hired this catering company to provide dinner for my husband’s 70th birthday party on 9/20/25. Unfortunately, the experience was severely lacking in several areas, and I Do not recommend them.
What went wrong:
Late arrival and service delays,they were supposed to show up at 3:00 PM but did not arrive until 5:00 PM, a full 2-hour delay. This caused guests not to be seated to eat until 5:30 PM and put us behind schedule by about 90 minutes.
Incorrect meat and order issues.They did not have the correct meat despite me placing the order ahead of time.
Employee conduct during service: While I was sitting with guests and attempting to eat, a member of the catering team approached me, after serving food for only 15 minutes, he asked me if they could leave, even though I had paid for their presence for the entire expected service window (1hr&1/2).
Quality concerns: They say “Authentic Mexican food,” but the chili verde sauce tasted like a store-bought Costco product, which was disappointing and not reflective of what was promised. I also observed that the salsa served was Costco-branded, and the attendant opened the container in front of me, which felt unprofessional and further reduced my confidence in their quality.
Overall impression: The combination of delays, incorrect items, poor communication, and questionable food quality made the event stressful rather than enjoyable.
Impact on the event
Guests were left waiting and the meal service ran significantly late.
I felt compelled to intervene and enforce the terms of service because the staff appeared uninterested in fulfilling the agreed-upon arrangement.
The perceived quality did not meet expectations.
Recommendation
Based on my experience, I Do not recommend this company for catering, especially for significant events like milestone birthdays.
