If 10 stars were available, I’d give them all 10! This is my new favorite restaurant, and the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! The food was phenomenal! My carne asada tacos were amazing! The kids had the birria (their fav) and it was the best we’ve had! (beating El Poblano, our other fav place to go). The kids got smoothies that all tasted amazing, like they were made from real fruit, frozen and blended on the spot. My sister and I enjoyed some alcoholic beverages and we were blown away by how good they were! Hers, the purple one whose name idr, was delicious, very well balanced, and flavorful. Mine, a tamarind margarita, was also very well balanced, with a fun smoky flavor and creamy sort of head. I can’t wait to go back!

I am thoroughly impressed with Cencalli and so happy to have a new dining spot in Parker. There are only a handful of quality places to grab a bite and this place is definitely on that list!
The quality and freshness were top notch. They make all their own cocktail mixes with fresh juice and the cocktail menu is very unique and refreshing. I had 3 street tacos including the Campechano, I’d never heard of that before, which is a mix of Asada and Chorizo and it was delicious.
I’m so excited to have another great place nearby to go out to dinner! Highly recommend Cencalli. Great service, amazing drinks and delicious food!

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again—best restaurant ever! The food is consistently fantastic, the handcrafted cocktails are refreshing, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. They also have great deals that make it easy to stop in often, whether you’re meeting friends or just grabbing a drink and a bite. One of my favorite things they carry is Reserva De La Torre tequila—it’s smooth, high quality, and a great addition to their already impressive selection. If you’re looking for amazing food, great drinks, and an inviting atmosphere, this place never disappoints.

Quesabirria was excellent. So were their Enchiladas and Burritos and Tacos. Not fan of their Belladonna margarita. Too sweet for my liking. To be fair, I find most margs too sweet and this one way too sweet. This place has excellent food and service. So glad we went here. Will be heading there again very soon. Parking was a little tricky but plenty of options available. Not very different than any other Parker Main Street dining options. Tucked away from the main street in between houses and condos.

Was greeted fast and sat quickly. They got us water right away, but took time to take our drink order. They really have alot of special combinations with food and drink. Now after making our drink order I also ordered the Fundido. It was delicious but took very long to bring out to table. (They made it right better without us complaining) . I ordered a smothered burrito with pork pastor and the pastor was absolutely delicious. The wife ordered campecheano tacos and expected 3 meats on each taco but, they only brought out 3 tacos with 1 type of meet per each taco. The worst part was the tacos where cold and a cold corn tortilla is not a good taco. They took them back and warmed them for her. The meat on the tacos was amazing. Especially the tongue (lengua). I had to finish with the churro with Carmel. They where very good but fyi there is Nutella inside them. They dont say this on the menu. Overall the food tasted amazing. Service could be improved. I will come back here again as I think they should be 5 stars but I currently can’t give it with the service we got. I was very happy when another waitress kind of stepped in and started to help out. I would reccomend coming here.

Amazing place. Loved the chicken enchilada it was so flavorful and the spicy skinny margaritas were so good. My husband greatly enjoyed the al pastor tacos however they were dry to me. The service was amazing and I loved meeting the owner.

Excellent service, good and atmosphere! The chips and salsa were delicious (I wish they were complimentary but it was worth the $). I ordered the carne asada taco plate and it was amazing- but my husband ordered the chicken el pastor and it was absolutely delicious! I’ll be ordering that next time for sure. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! There’s a good sized parking lot very close to the restaurant and it had lots of spots open midday Saturday.

Ambiance, food and cocktails were amazing… BUT. The margarita flight is $40 for 3 full size margaritas, with a choice of any 3 regular (non premium) flavors. But 3 full sized individual regular margaritas is $39 (3x$13 each). When I asked him why I’m paying $1 more he said “I don’t know that’s just how it is”. He offered to take a $1 off of my bill, but that wasn’t really the point. Then they brought the table tequila shots to kind of smooth things over, which was absolutely very nice, but keep in mind I had just ordered 3 full sized margaritas… I will be back because the food and drinks were great, but definitely won’t be ordering the flight again

Was down in Parker and decided to try a new restaurant. This was was a wonderful find. I had the breakfast tacos and they were the best I’ve had in years. I think they make their tortillas in-house. The Cencalli lager was also fantastic.
Will be heading here regularly from now on.
