Austin’s is an upscale restaurant and 18 seat cocktail bar located in Serenbe, offering a curated dinner menu and an expansive beverage program. Nightly dinner service includes a limited menu of shareable plates, oysters, caviar, vegetables, salads, and seasonal dishes. The innovative beverage program showcases specialty cocktails, unique spirits, botanical ingredients, hand selected beer and wine list, plus zero-proof options. The luxurious, sophisticated interiors feature moss green boucle booths and a honed leather bar top. Named after Father Austin Ford, who was an instrumental figure in the struggle for civil rights, friend of Serenbe’s founders, and had a passion for music, art, literature, gardening, food and spirits.

Just spent our 4 year anniversary here to catch the Jazz show & Cocktails. It was absolutely lovely, Joe greeted us by name as we entered, moved us to a more comfortable booth that was available. The drinks were perfect. . The trout & the pork belly absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and flavored to top tier. The service was excellent, polite and attentive. The performance of the female jazz vocalist & her guitarist created a pleasant sexy atmosphere that had us not wanting to leave. Perfect date night, wonderful experience we will definitely be back & add this spot to our rotation of secret spots.

Went for a Saturday night dinner when they have Jazz night from 9-11. Made a reservation for 8:45. It’s a small restaurant and a table was not available until almost 9:15. Nothing offered other than apologies.
There were only two servers available for the entire restaurant of about 15-16 tables. Needless to say, service was unbelievably slow even though they were both doing their best to handle that many tables. The kitchen was equally slow. We ordered a charcuterie board as an app hoping it would come out quick as it was late and we were hungry. It took almost 30 minutes.
This was a birthday dinner which I noted in the reservation notes. Despite the incredible amount of time it took to get a table, and then for food to come out, they still charged us for a dessert. For a birthday dinner. Yikes.
At least the food was very good and the atmosphere was nice. Cocktails were also very good.

This was hands down some of the best food I’ve had, for sure in Georgia, but maybe anywhere actually. Service is slow- we were there for an hour before our oysters came out, but once all our dishes came out, they came out in a steady stream. Drinks were exceptional- the short rib and the lobster were standouts and an absolute must have. Would definitely come back, but will be conscious to leave ample time. Note also that portions (a la carte) are still kind of small so you will need to order accordingly. The food however- truly remarkable and noteworthy.

The answer to…Austin’s? Yes! Everything about the experience was “YES”! The food was amazing, especially the Japanese egg custard. I had never had anything like it and will order it every time I go. The cocktails were beautiful and tasty. The entire concept, from the bookcase bar ladder to the leather bar tops, exquisite! Looking forward to more visits!

The service even on the very first night very impressive as Savannah suggested items as though they were long time favorites. Happy to say this experience has been consistent for our first three visits!

My friends and I had the pleasure of experiencing Austin’s on its grand opening night and afterwards, made our way over to The Hill (right next door) for dinner. Austin”s was everything we hoped it would be! The space is classy and cozy, perfect for a date night! We had the best window seat in the front and our server Adara was wonderful! She welcomed us with her beautiful smile and adept knowledge of the menu. We tried almost everything on the menu however my personal favs were: Little Gem Caesar, Short Rib, and that magical cocktail Absinthe Minded loved it Cedar!! ✨ I also loved the Salmon, perfectly flavored however I would recommend hot fluffy rice instead of the crispy rice boat. See you very soon!
