I had the Bison burger. I have never had it. Very good,juicy,and soft. Husband had the steak medium. It was okay. For the price we paid for dinner,it’s not worth $100.Chole the bar tender is absolutely amazing. She was very attentive to us even though Paul was supposed to be just as attentive if not more. Paul served us our food, asked if we needed anything else. I asked for ranch, he said okay and never came back. He was happily speaking to all the co-workers that were girls and wasn’t acknowledging any customers. However because of Chole the experience was saved. Thank you Chole for a great first time experience.

Very underwhelming. My partner and I decided to stop in for dinner. We made it right at the end of happy hour so we order a couple items off the HH menu and an entrée to split.
We both got the blackberry smash cocktail. It was a little tart for my taste but overall good. We ordered the sweet potato fries and stake bites and tallow dish. The fries were decent. Overly salty but not enough to make them inedible. The stake bites and tallow were the exact opposite. While the steak and mashed potatoes had a decent texture, they were completely tasteless. We had to add a lot of salt to make it edible. Would not recommend.
For the entrée, we split the bison meatloaf. This dish at least had seasoning but the meatloaf was dry, mostly rice filler, and slathered in ketchup to hide the burned areas that were supposed to be grill marks. Not worth the almost $30 we paid for it.
Our server was awesome and the atmosphere was nice but it’s unlikely we’ll be back.

The food was super good, pricey but definitely worth it!! Also if you are planning to go here, it is pretty fancy and might require dressing up a little nicer than maybe Chilis would lol.

I have a GLUTEN ALLERGY and I usually feel embarrassed when I go out to eat because I have to ask so many questions to make sure I don’t get sick from gluten. But my experience at Austin’s American Grill in Greeley was absolutely incredible. The moment I sat down, my waitress was AMAZING — she immediately offered me a gluten-free menu & That small gesture of this restaurant having a completely separate gluten free menu eased my worries and allowed me to enjoy my meal with confidence.
The food was delicious, the service was thoughtful, and I can’t thank them enough for taking care of customers with dietary needs. Having a separate gluten-free menu shows how much they truly care. I will forever be a customer, whether dining in person or ordering online. Thank you, Austin’s, for making me feel comfortable and safe while enjoying a great meal!

We had reservations for early Christmas Eve dinner for five. We had appetizers, their evening specials, drinks and dessert. We were told that one of the specials took quite a while to prepare so all the dinners would come at the same time. The food was excellent, our server was great BUT then we were told that our table had another reservation, even though there were empty tables around us that seated five. We had just finished dessert due to the food taking extra time to prepare. I have never been told basically to leave, this table is booked now for somebody else. I spoke with the manager and he could have cared less, didn’t even apologize. We have supported this Greeley business BUT, it will be a long time before we go back.

Always a good time here. Drinks were good but small and food is always top notch. Tried the rotisserie sirloin and it was very juicy and medium rare tasted amazing. My friend got the chicken and a nice birthday Sunday. They didn’t offer to sing or do anything which was fine for us. Turned out the table behind us was also celebrating a birthday so we enjoyed their song. Overall service was great and kept the drinks full and answered all questions about the menu and such. Will definitely come back again soon.

I wasn’t impressed. Out of the 7 options (there was probably a few more but not many) only 1 sounded good, and when it came it was hard to eat. I ordered the haystack sandwich and it just fell apart so I ended up eating the innards with my fork. It tasted ok though. Their bbq sauce was super thin also. My water was empty more than it was full. Servers were friendly, but I won’t be returning. Not enough options to choose from and not very appetizing.

I had entered this evening with high hopes of our meal as our first experience here went quite well. However, I was severly disappointed to have horrible service by the waitress from being ignored when attempting to ask for silver ware, cause i had completely none when my food arrived; to my food arriving under cooked. I had purchased a 40$ new york strip steak an asked for it medium well, it instead came medium rare, with half the steak being fatty pieces that were unconsumable by me. The potatoes it came with were also cold. This place needs to do better.
