The atmosphere was electric — super fun, lively, and welcoming. You could feel the excitement in the air from the staff and guests alike. Perfect place to kick back with friends or family.
The food? Absolutely incredible. Their dry rub barbecue is out of this world — smoky, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they take pride in their craft. The Tex-Mex twist adds a unique flair you won’t find anywhere else.
If this is just the soft opening, I can’t wait to see what they do next. North Palm Beach has a new favorite hangout — highly recommend checking it out!

Outstanding food. Our large party sampled some apps, sandwiches and dinners. Large portions and variety. A must is the Taquitos!! The ribs were my favorite. Reminded me of the preeminent rib joints around Asheville NC. The brisket had a bark that was perfect and it had the best mixture of fat to meat ratio. Turkey was so moist and delicious. Nothing really required sauce but a little went a long way especially on the pulled pork. Kids had a fun time with the claw machine which for $1 guaranteed they retrieved a prize. Kept them busy and happy! Overall a fabulous place for authentic bbq and lots of fun so we will return!

Austin Republic is exactly what North Palm Beach needed! The food was amazing—the queso and brisket were perfect, and the cocktails were some of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere is fun, the staff is super friendly (Amber), and everything just feels fresh and fun. Definitely my new go-to BBQ spot.

Hands down best BBQ around! I’ve always heard the phrase about “melt in your mouth” food, but I’ve never personally experienced it until I had Austin Republic’s brisket! Absolutely amazing! Ranchero beans and mac and cheese are a must side dish! And the sandwiches!?! The brisket melt is out of this world as well as the chicken sandwich. Seriously, y’all can’t go wrong with anything you order here!

The pulled pork was delicious and our server, Kat, was amazing. I loved the beet cocktail, though I wish they had more cocktail options. The music was a little loud and I would have preferred a low-top table but they have great prices. We will definitely be back!

So excited to welcome my good friends to the neighborhood! The chef is true local rock star with some great restaurants under his belt. We are much over due for a proper Tex Mex joint. I got a sneak peek of the food – and it’s absolutely fire. The shipping container turned into a restaurant is located just across the street from Howleys on Dixie. The tacos and the brisket grilled cheese is an absolute must. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

An absolute 10/10!! Amazing food & an amazing team! You won’t be disappointed with ANYTHING you choose! Try the mac & cheese it’s a MUST! Hands down the best barbecue in Palm Beach County. The brisket was delicious, tender and incredibly juicy. We had a pulled pork sandwich that was big enough for two people and the side dishes, from the pickled onions to the collard greens were outstanding. If you order the beans, get a double order. They are so good they won’t last long.

Simpe & delicious BBQ!! Dry-rub ribs were falling off the bones. The brisket wasn’t too dry which gave it a great texture.
Only had 1 choice of BBQ sauce which was well balanced and tasty.
Only had outdoor seating in a relax setting. Parking is available on-site. To top it off, service was excellent and friendly.
