First off, the service was a 10/10. The place wasn’t busy at all when I ordered. I ordered a 4 piece catfish, 6 piece wings with fries and an extra side of fries. The fries were the highlight of the meal. Seasoned and cooked well. The fish was under seasoned and soggy.(If you try the catfish, ask them to fry it hard) Now, to the chicken wings…. Fried too hard, under seasoned, way too greasy, not hot(fresh) and again, fried too hard. Really wanted to like this place because I’ve heard from some of the locals that the restaurant had a great menu. My meal wasn’t worth the money on a Friday afternoon.

First time eating here was Saturday 10/4 even though I have passed this place multiple times I am happy I finally came in . I ordered the turkey necks and shrimp with a potato and egg . Everything was delicious ! My partner ordered the hot honey teriyaki wings with fries and he agreed his plate was delicious. I also tried the mango juice which was delicious. The Cajun butter is 10/10 . The service was top tier . I will definitely go back!!!

Came in early afternoon on a Saturday around 1:40pm. It was only one other customer in there at the time. I ordered once then when back about 15 minutes later to order more food. Overall, it took about 40 minutes to get my order. There were at least two other customers who had catering size orders to pick up and about 4 other customers who received their food in the meantime. The food was bagged individually and tied tight. I ordered 1lb crawfish, 1lb shrimp, 1lb turkey necks and the Cajun pasta. Food was mediocre; pasta was dry, crawfish taste like it came out freezer section and was dusted with seasoning, turkey necks liked flavor. The only thing I’d probably order again, if I return, is the shrimp.

The food at Austell Seafood Market is incredible I ordered a seafood boil, chicken wings, fried fish, popcorn shrimp and was not disappointed at all. The flavor was immaculate and the homemade sauce the owners of the establishment made is so good it’s like a slightly spicy garlic butter and it is so good. I eat it with almost everything and it especially tastes great with the seafood boil. Will definitely be letting people know about this spot and will be coming back very soon.

Hands down some of the best catfish I’ve had! Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and the fish was super fresh. They really know what they’re doing back there. 10/10! Ask for the Cajun butter!
