Awwww the croffles are sooooo good!
I like matcha strawberry more because it is less sweet, however if you’re a sweet tooth, I recommend Dubai chocolate one
As a drink I got a black sesame espresso latte, nice to try, but it won’t be my favorite

Such a strong and sweet matcha!! And their dessert is delicious. I absolutely loved the croffles so much, I am definitely coming back. I can say this is probably going to be my 2nd favorite atcha place in this area! My #1 would be bag of cakes, so if you know that place you know what kind of matcha I like. But I would say it made it so much better because of the Croffle. I’m coming back for sure for the Croffle

Stopped by for dessert and got the Croffle sampler. Aka the croissant waffle and it was unique and delicious. The Tiramisu & Biscoff flavors were my favorite. We also got some coffee. Service was great and ambiance is clean & modern.

This is a hidden gem. I had never seen this coffee shop before. I got a Bacon & Egg Croissant. For a drink, I got the Banana Cream Top Matcha Latte. It was a 10/10! Can’t wait to come back!

I tried the Peach Oolong, Biscoff Latte with a Cream Top, and a Double Matcha Latte — and I’m still dreaming about them. The Peach Oolong was fragrant and refreshing with a subtle floral sweetness that lingered beautifully. The Biscoff Latte? Absolutely divine — rich, cozy, and perfectly complemented by the velvety cream top. And the Double Matcha Latte was a matcha lover’s dream — earthy, creamy, and so satisfying.
For desserts, I indulged in the Dubai Chocolate Croffle, Strawberry Matcha Croffle, and Honey Butter Sticks with Matcha Cream. Auria is such a bright and welcoming spot with a clean, minimalist interior that’s perfect for working, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a peaceful drink. The dog-friendly patio is a huge plus — my pup was just as happy as I was!
I ordered the Double Matcha Latte, Cold Brew (Kyoto style), Banana Matcha, Matcha Cream Toast, and Red Bean Croffle — and everything was chef’s kiss. The drinks had the perfect sweetness level (nothing too overpowering), and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The croffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the red bean filling paired beautifully with the matcha cream toast. Super friendly staff!
Definitely one of my new favorite cafés — I’ll be back soon to try more!

Always going cafe hopping, with this spot next on the list. I always order any corn or biscoff drink, which is what we got. My favorite was the biscoff and I would definitely come back to order this latte. The service was amazing with nice interior aesthetics. This is a great spot to go and study.

Another minimal korean cafe in OC but I’m not complaining!!
ORDERED:
– Double Matcha – loved but could be a lil thicker
– Cream Top Biscoff Latte – so yummy, biscoff crumbs are the cherry on top
– Black Sesame Latte – somewhat tastes like caramel but i actually don’t mind, on the sweeter side
– Dubai Chocolate Croffle – my favorite omg, the perfect crunch and flavor!!
– Matcha Honey Breadsticks – the honey is too strong for me but the matcha helps balance it out, can get soggy quickly
Nice interior & ambiance! It can get pretty packed in the afternoon but there’s still plenty of seating including outdoor. Mostly filled with students and middle aged parents. I’m glad I finally got to try & would come back for a yap or work session 🙂
