Aurelio’s is a Chicago tradition going back forever. We love their tavern style pizzas soooo much. “It’s the Sauce” that sets them apart. Their pizza sauce is flavorful, and just ever so slightly sweet. The flavor just lights up your taste buds. A+

Despite ordering delivery, Sarah made sure to go the extra mile to inquire about the size of our group and ensured that our order included enough plates and utensils for everyone. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable.

We were visiting from out of state and stopped at this location only to discover it is takeout only (mostly) The staff, Sarah and Paul offered us an outdoor table and took such great care of us. (Especially Sarah!!) What a lovely customer service experience and the food was also delicious! Highly recommend

Where do I start…one of the worst first experiences ever. Pizza was real bad, had like cheddar cheese on it and had a rank taste to them. Order 2 15″ pizzas and it was 75 bucks, outrageous for this pizza. It was my first time and last time for AURELIOS. The guy at the counter had no clue what he was doing at 5 pm on a Friday night. Little ceasers is a better pizza!

Fast forward to today, not very good. After finding mystery hair in the pizza twice, that is enough for me. Orders are late. Definitely not the quality that it once was.
Old review: Exceptional food and service every single time. My order is always ready on time and always correct. Best pizza in the area hands down. Customer service is always wonderful, too. I think his name is Scott – somehow I always get him on the phone to place my orders and he is always there when I pick up, too. 5 stars for sure!

Had an incredibly unique experience today. We ordered a Pizza for pickup around 11:50, requested to pick up in the usual 20-30 minutes, but then called back because of something unexpected to let them know we were going to be late picking up our pizza order. The lady on the phone said she was going to cancel our order because it was “odd” that we would order for a specific time and then call back to let them know we were going to be late. Not sure if this lady literally never had anything unexpected come up cuz her life is so perfect, or if she was just hungry and wanted to eat our pizza, but she said she would hold on to it for us to pick up. Despite reassuring her that we would be there as soon as possible, she canceled our order and it was no longer available to pick up when we actually arrived sooner than we told her we would. All for the best, we ended up getting mod pizza and won’t be returning to this particular Aurelio’s location. We got a really those downtown all the time. Thank God for normal people in the city
