Got a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. The tasty toppings covered the pizza. The sauce did not taste of tomato paste, like other places. Just tomatoes like it should be. We are new to CP, and this is the best we’ve found so far. We will be back to eat here again.

Ordered 3 deep dish pizzas (a cheese, a sausage/pepperoni, and a spinach/mushroom/garlic). All 3 were baked to perfection. The crust is golden and buttery. Each bite has been perfection. Remember to ask for red pepper flakes if you don’t have any–chef’s kiss. Several of the younger kids thought the sauce-on-top looked yucky but they eventually gave them a try and loved them. Every single one of the picky eater kids are now deep dish lovers. Thanks!!

After a long day I decided to get my favorite pizza , keep in mind ive have visited this particular aurelios on a normal basis over the years birthday parties, and other occasions , we ordered a family size pizza for pick up , we called in at 6:28 pm and she said the pizza will bring ready by 7pm. i live 5 minutes away and when my fiance got home the pizza it wasn’t hot it was room temperature , so i called and talked to the manager on duty told her the situation and she said that she would make another Pizza if I’d like, I explained we ate few pieces, and I really didn’t want to drive all the way back even though it’s short drive. It’s the principal, so I took her up on the offer , and arrive to pick up my Pizza. It gets better… so I arrive to pick up my pizza and they told me that they’re giving me a large instead of a family pizza because we ate a few pieces, I was floored that they downgraded my order now instead of doing the right thing and remaking my family Pizza like they said over the phone.
She explained that’s their policy , WOW!!! So it’s my fault that I had a few pieces because I was starving.And I called them, and they told me they’re gonna make me another one.And then I get a smaller size, this is a far cry from going above and beyond
Very poor management poor judgment and extremely poor policy . I’ve never had an issue. Pizza was always on point but when you pay what you pay which it’s not a cheap pizza and I have no problem with because I enjoy aurelios pizza , by the reading of a lot of your reviews and mine being one of them.Now maybe you need to work on your management.Maybe get new management.If this is the way you treat customers, also I asked to talk to the head manager and never got the opportunity. I asked them to have her. Call me before the evening’s over. Had to call multiple times to talk to Tammy.
The last call was she left at 8pm so if they don’t have enough urgency to do the right thing to return phone calls for complaints is another reason. Why I will not return to your establishment? And I will spread the word. Maybe you don’t care. You’ll probably laugh about this review because I can see how loose and laxative your employees are on taking care of customers properly And rightly , i hope you guys can get it right for future customers. Because the way the economy is you go above and beyond to take care of customers to keep customers for life.

Took a night vacation fom Illinois and ordered delivery to Hilton Garden Inn Merrillville and the pizza came HOT AND FRESH like it was fresh from the oven! Delivery was fast and delivery driver was so sweet! Great pizza!! So glad to have an Aurelio’s in Crown Point!!

The manager will only open one table for eat in, she said you will have to wait until the one table leaves to be seated. There were six of us!

Apparently THIS is a “Basket of Fries”.. I Paid $5.50 for fries smaller than a 50 cent bag of Doritos! I am disgusted that i paid for this and waited an hour and a half for the delivery of cold dry rotted pizza and it should be illegal that my total for this pizza and kid sized fries was $48! I promise anyone reading this review that Domino’s is actually SO much better than this trash!

Whoever was answering the phone the evening of Saturday, October 25 needs a lesson in customer service and manners. We’ve been ordering pizza from here weekly for years; after the way I was spoken to tonite, never again. We’ll give our business to Gelsosomo’s from now on.

Called to check the status of my delivery, since it has been well over an hour, person answered the phone with “hello” (this is a business so; in my opinion that is very unprofessional) and then immediately put me on hold. Food is always amazing and my favorite pizza place but staff needs training. Driver forgot half my order and had to come back for the rest. When asked to speak to the manager Alex……he was extremely RUDE!!! Also the pizza was cold & burnt.

My boyfriend and I come here about once a month. We love their pizza. This visit we tried the stuffed pizza. Oh my gosh it was the best we have eaten. I really do recommend the stuffed pizza. We thought it was a stuffed crust, and when it came we couldn’t believe how delicious it looked and tasted. Almost kind of like a Chicago style deep dish except the only differences it’s not a deep dish.
We really do recommend trying this pizza it’s absolutely delicious!
