We placed a delivery order for over $100, and one of the items was an antipasto salad. Instead, we were delivered a tiny side salad. When I called to fix THEIR mistake, I was asked if I wanted to come pick up a new one—after paying for delivery. Then I was offered a $5 credit for a $12 salad. When I asked for a refund, I was told I wouldn’t get one because “I got a salad, just not the toppings.” That is beyond ridiculous. An antipasto salad without toppings is NOT an antipasto salad. Then they said they would re-deliver the correct salad, but only if they came back to take the wrong one first. Absolutely unacceptable. This place is a complete joke. It’s especially disappointing because we used to really like Aurelio’s. Never again.

I have been going here since I was a little kid and no matter how many staff changes they have been through over the years the quality never changed. It was my daughters 2nd birthday and I asked if they can make the pizza into a heart (her new favorite word is pizza) so I thought I’d do us both a favor and order some Aurelio’s. Not only was my request fulfilled, they overachieved. They cut the pepperoni centers out in the shape of a heart, drew hearts on the box, the pizza was perfectly shaped in a heart, none of that needed to be done. I could’ve been told to kick rocks and just order a regular pizza but instead they made my daughter’s day so special. Some may think it is insignificant but to me, the little things matter. Going above and beyond for a $26 order for someone you’ve never met just goes to show these people take pride in their jobs. Hats off to the entire staff, And the manager of the store for making my family’s day. A good leader keeps all of their employees motivated and treats them with the same respect as the CEO. I have no doubts this manager does the same.

I live in Crown Point but the Winfield Aurelio’s is superior to the Crown Point location. It’s worth the drive! It reminds me of the Aurelio’s in Homewood Illinois which I went to many times as a child

We are huge pizza people. One of my favorites is BBQ chicken so when I found out aurelios had one, I had to try it. Oh my goodness. This had to have been the very best pizza I have EVER had. As someone who has tried a lot of different places, this one won me over. I would order that every time if my hubby would let me. Thanks for the kind and speedy service with the freshest and most delicious pizza!!

What an amazing staff we had our Moms 1st yr memory Anniversary at Aurelio’s Winfield , they were outstanding. The food was brought out at the exact time we had scheduled. Everyone kept commenting how delicious everything was , especially the pizza ! We will definitely keep coming back for more ! Thank you all .

I had such a good time, they were so nice and caring for everyone. My family had a long day and they kept joking with my kids to boost their mood. Their food is fantastic every time, we love all of their foods. My favorite topping is their hot giardinera and sausage. They never have a bad order and they are the perfect family restaurant.
