Always a great place, good people and authentic. Can’t find a drink this size for the price anywhere. Very reasonable. Only Mexican restaurant I’ve came across that has Chilaquiles and they are phenomenal. Thank you always for consistency in your food, every employee is friendly and if you’re waiting to be seated someone will let you know or step in. Servers do everything, host, server, bartender. They are talented.

Craving Mexican food, we tried this place while on vacay.
The interior space was nothing out of the ordinary, but felt well-maintained and clean. If I recall correctly, dogs are allowed on the patio.
Service was outstanding — from the hostess to the server, we were treated with genuine friendliness and were well taken care of.
The food was a pleasant surprise; my enchilada sauce was far better than I would have hoped to find in a small southern town. I would return here without hesitation.

I think this is either a new restaurant or under new management. In either case, they got it right. Very friendly greeting from the hostess. Nice decor, clean and best of all, they have a wonderful large covered patio. It was hot evening around 7pm but this area was cool and quiet. Our drinks and meals we 2 it in a large bowl and it’s wonderfully think and rich. Prices are reasonable, $50 including drinks, meal and tip.

Saw this place from the road and decided to give it a try. It was Thursday at 12:30pm with only about five tables occupied. I was seated by the host and then completely ignored for 15 minutes no greeting, no drink order, no communication whatsoever.
People come in on their lunch break because they have jobs and limited time. Instead of eating and getting back to work, I sat there watching staff casually walk around while nothing happened. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Huge waste of time.

I’ve gone here a few times over the last several months and I can say I have always been pleased with the food and service. Its now on the top of my list for best Mexican restaurants in the area. Excellente!!

Had dinner at Aurelio’s while traveling on business, and it was a great experience! I enjoyed the Tacos de Carne Asada, chips and salsa, queso, and a margarita—all very good! The flavors were fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. Definitely a spot I could visit again next time I’m in the area

Absolutely some of the best Mexican food around. When Felix is in the kitchen it’s going to be good. Not to take anything away from anyone else. I’ve had nothing but a good experience from everyone I’ve come in contact with. Excellent place to eat!!!

This is a fantastic Mexican restaurant. We stopped by here when visiting. We came right before closing, on a Sunday night but they let us in anyways. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the staff are amazing. It is no wonder this location has a perfect five-star review.
The food portions were more than enough and the drinks, especially the margaritas, were an excellent value.
We will definitely stop by here again if we’re ever in the area.

Food is exceptional. I got Texas fajita nachos on Mexican rice instead of chips. Strawberry daiquiri pictured. (Mostly gone cause so good) My husband order the Texas fajitas!
We got queso and quac as well, very authentic taste!
And it’s not expensive at all, highly recxomend and will be back!

Could not be more excited to welcome Aurelio’s to the Friendship area! Been waiting so long for an awesome Mexican spot close to us. The location is perfect! Right at the end of the Publix strip mall which allows for a huge patio, the inside is so nicely decorated and it took me way too long to decide what to order because there are so many things I still want to try. We sat outside and it was shaded and lovely, their salsa is beyond delicious, awesome cheese dip, husband got carnitas dinner which is some of the best we have had, I got a SMALL shrimp cocktail, could only finish half! Great portion, super fresh. And I got a chicken Enchilada because, I mean, I need my Enchilada. Service was on point – didn’t even wait for a single thing. Can’t wait to go back and try all their signature dishes. LOVE IT!!
Update: continuing to eat here weekly, try something different every time and always delicious. Adding photos of the shrimp fajitas and the enchiladas mexicanas (2 cheese enchiladas + carnitas w/onion pepper to top with).
