First visit after 15+ years in EP and wow this place is legit. Tried the menudo (which I’ve been craving since my first time trying in El Paso), and it did not disappoint. So flavorful and authentic. Love that you can order a small portion too. Very generous with the meats! I’m officially relieved I don’t have to drive to Minneapolis for good Mexican food anymore!

Was very delicious! The lady who helped us up front was wonderful and kind. Our only complaint was we thought 5.95 for chips and salsa was a bit steep. Would highly recommend though! Oh and the service was so fast too.

Visiting friends in the area and the family felt like Mexican. Food was really good and the staff served us with a smile and answered all the question we had about the menu. There several dietary restrictions with my family and they were completely accommodating. Would definitely recommend to the next person. Enjoy!

We have had Aurelias a few times now and it’s always incredibly delicious! Their burritos are amazing, chips and guac always hit the spot, and their horchata is my favorite. I always try a different thing when I go here and have yet to be disappointed! The staff is always so incredibly friendly and nice and the service is very fast.

The food is delicious! The green sauce is very tasty. Sopes on point. Chicken tamales are flavorful. Birria was seasoned perfectly. The aroma, as soon as you walk into the restaurant, will have you wanting to order everything on the menu!

This is my favorite place to eat in Eden Prairie hands down and one of the top 3 Mexican places in the cities. The best review I can give it actually comes from my brother, who was visiting from out of state, we stopped for lunch and he said they were the best tacos he’d had since he lived in San Diego

Tried Aurelia’s Mexican Restaurant in Eden Prairie and really enjoyed it. I had three tacos—al pastor, barbacoa, and chicken tinga—served with a side of rice and beans and two sauces. The sauces were really good, and all three meats were awesome. The tortillas had great flavor, which made a big difference.
I also got a horchata, which was pretty good. It’s a very casual spot and maybe a little pricey for what you get, but the food was solid and well done. I’d probably come back.

We ordered the green chili burrito and the enchiladas. So good! The staff were welcoming and offered suggestions on the menu. The wait for our food was not bad (10-12 minutes) considering the line was out the door and the phone was ringing nonstop. We will be going back!

The staff is very friendly and it’s a nice little hole in the wall place, but the food isn’t amazing. No major issues, I just found it bland/not well spiced (and the carnitas was slightly dry/chewy) compared to similar authentic Mexican places (such as El Loro or Tacqueria Los Compadres). Their horchata is way too sweet for my tastes too; I’ve never had horchata I didn’t like so it was a first :/
Again, very nice people and the food isn’t bad, but I wouldn’t go here again when there are other options nearby for the same kind of food.
