Large portions and quick services! We ordered the curry, noodle and papaya salad that was more than enough to serve 4 hungry ladies after our crater hike. Probably the cheapest meal we had on the island. There are park benches and tables to eat on as well. No covering as it did start to sprinkle at the end of our meal.

Wow! One of the best Thai food I ever had in the entire world! There are a few seats, where you can eat directly in the park.

Aunty Pon’s serves delicious Thai food if you are fortunate to visit when they are open. The portions are huge and filling, and the service was excellent. I recommend calling ahead to check if they are open. There may also be a wait for the food especially during lunch time as the truck is quite small and it takes time to cook and prepare a lot of the meals. Overall I would still highly recommend a meal here!

We stopped by here early (3:50 pm) after a day of sightseeing at Volcano National Park. The woman who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Their dishes are normally mild but you can order medium spicy or hot. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, Pad Sew Ew with shrimp , and Eggplant stir fry with chicken (which comes with a side of plain rice). The price of the dish depends on if you add tofu ($14), chicken ($15), or shrimp ($16). We waited in our car and our food was brought out to us.

Delicious, large portions, authentic, worth the money and wait. The yellow curry is amazing even as I was eating it I was excited for the leftovers which were delicious. Went on Thursday during farmers market. Thai tea was amazing and my daughter got the glass noodles which she loved. Total bill was $38 well worth it! Servings are enough for two to share. Recommend choosing from their spice levels we made ours both “hot” and we loved it!

Stopped by after a day in the park. Food was exceptional. Got the Avocado Curry and the Pad Kee Mao in medium. Medium for me was the perfect amount of spice, given someone who’s recently done the hot ones challenge it’ll slow you down a little but not so much that you’re drinking water more than your eating. Both had very large serving sizes and we got 2-3 servings out of each. I would have liked a little more rice with my curry for my personal tastes but for most it’s more than sufficient.

Visited this place on a whim since a couple other Thai favorites were closed and I must say I was really surprised. I ordered the pad Thai with tofu, avocado curry with shrimp and Thai iced coffee. All three were fantastic! Avocado curry had huge chunks of avocado and the portion size was huge. The rice came with the curry and the portion size was good enough for two people. Price point was cheap for the quantity and probably the lowest I have seen in the area. This is a food truck sitting in an area shared with a playground and another library kinda place. Thai iced coffee was beyond amazing. It seemed a bit too sweet at first but the owner had told me to really stir it around. Also she gave me an option to make it with coconut milk which I preferred anyway over the half and half. It really kept me awake through the next 6 hours so definitely it was nice and strong. I would come back in a heartbeat. Next time I will try some of their other curries and also the Thai iced tea.

It’s a little food truck with a good menu. We ordered the fried rice, spring rolls, and on their recommendation inirdered their green curry. Where to begin. The prices where good. The portions where generous, and the food was very flavorful, perfectly seasoned. The green curry had fresh veggies and the curry was delicious with a little heat that just hiked the flavor up. We were met with a smile and served promptly. All and all I recommend this stop as a must when visiting Volcano Park. Stop you won’t regret it.

Excellent pineapple curry and tom kah. The portion sizes were very large. The wait was a little long but I can’t take off for that. Definitely try this place out if you’re looking for dinner (before 6:00) in Volcano.

Some of the absolute best Thai food I have ever had. One of the very few places where “Thai Hot” is accurate and you should be careful ordering it if you aren’t spice tolerant.
