Stopped in for dinner as we were staying overnight in LV and like to support local restaurants. My husband had the brisket with potato salad & purple coleslaw (which I stole from him because it was SO delicious!). I had the Duke burger which came with fries. The owner/cook thought my fries (which were fresh cut, greasy & delicious!) looked too well done so he brought me more without being asked! The food was plentiful & delicious. The service was outstanding as well. This is the definition of a “hole in the wall” establishment so if you’re into trendy esthetics this place will not be for you. But if you appreciate a mom & pop place with great food then be sure to hit it up!

A small, family-run business with great hospitality and food. The couple was welcoming and eager to serve. The smothered burritos were excellent! My son ordered red chili and I had the green. You can’t go wrong either way and will NOT leave hungry!

Ok so after seeing reviews I wanted to enjoy this place the lady in front was very nice so I appreciate that. So I ordered the enchiladas rice and beans with red chilis, and burger with fries. So start off with the terrible first fries where really under cooked I can tell they are fresh cut but they are really undercooked they where still hard you can even see them being white a bit and entirely no seasoning no salt no nothing. Burger wasn’t too bad but wasn’t the best had a flavor to it and the bread felt full like it was a lot of bread for some reason. Enchiladas themselves the cheese one was good the beef was terrible the beef itself had a flavor to it not sure if it was good but I’m not sick so it’s just the flavors being added and rice wasn’t edible it was soupy and very soft like I was 95 years old. Beans was ok but after eating a bit of everything else I wasnt Interested. So overall maybe I should have gotten bbq as t a bbq spot cause what I had wasn’t it. The last was just a pic of some eclair desert.

Tried a little bit of everything and enjoyed it all. BBQ comes sauced– I would ask for the sauce on the side next time (a little sweet) and the brisket comes chopped, not sliced. The burger had a nice char and the jalapeno bun was freshly baked and delicious. Both red and green chile on the fries had good flavor (not too hot) just a bit watery for me. The highlight may have been the sugar donut, fresh from the kitchen, that elicited an “OMG” from my wife. Location is away from the normal tourist spots, but worth finding.

If you are ever driving thru Las Vegas NM and you are hungry, this place had great food! The smothered green chili burrito was the bomb, and both the chicken and pork quesadillas were excellent. Get the potato salad, so delicious! Our only regret was forgetting to get a dessert to go. We will stop again if driving by. Thank you

A small place with a powerful tasteful menu. The food is amazing and EVERYTHING is freshly made. Including the bread. The beans alone are worth the visit. Don’t leave without a cream puff or turnover.

I highly recommend it!! Their food was amazing. I had the small brisket plate that came with home fries, bbq beans with green chile, and perfect corn bread. My dad and his girlfriend has green chile burgers with home fries that looked amazing. They said their food was delicious. I had a yummy sugar cookie for dessert. I will definitely return.

Loved the ribs. The small is enough for one person. The cornbread was delicious along with the baked beans and potato salad. Only one person was working today and he was also the cook. Other people showed up and you can tell they were all very comfortable there.
