Growing up as a mall rat, always loved going to Auntie Anne’s. Still the same flavors nearly two decades later. Treated myself to a nice, hot original pretzel. Staff was friendly. No complaints!

Stopped by Auntie Anne’s in Bellevue Square Mall after a long day at work, hoping for a quick snack. Unfortunately, the employees didn’t seem very enthusiastic or welcoming, which added to the stress of the wait. The service felt slower than usual, and while I admit I was a bit impatient, it still seemed like the process could’ve been more efficient. There wasn’t much communication or friendliness from the staff, which made the experience feel a bit cold. The pretzel was okay, but the overall vibe left something to be desired.

This Aunties Anne’s location is my favorite. Even during long lines, the service is fast. There is always inventory of all pretzel types & staff is super friendly. My 2 daughters love their Cinnamon Bites along with their Frozen Lemonade. It is located on the second floor on the corner. There is an elevator right next to it if you are below. Each time I visit Bellevue Square with my kids, I will always come here to get them pretzels. I appreciate the service here. Thank you, and God bless Auntie Anne’s!

Service from general manager Mark was horrible. I had a birthday reward and an email about it, so I had it ready. There was a long line, and when it was my turn, GM Mark barks, “Hello. HELLO??” very aggressively. I show him the email and he asks me where my app barcode is. I’m trying to pull up the barcode (thought the email would suffice), but he gets impatient and yells at one of his employees to search up my phone number/email. Worker is trying to get to the search screen but he yells “Click that button, okaaaaay now type.” In a very condescending way. As I’m telling the worker my email, the general manager is looking over his shoulder and yelling at him when he mistypes. Eventually he asks to see the email again, and when I show him, he snarks, “zoom it in this is like the smallest font ever.” Eventually GM Mark gives up and just throws the bag at me. As I’m walking away, he yells out, “NEXT TIME HAVE THE APP READY.” And to the next customer says, “Hello. Sorry for the LONG WAIT.” in a voice loud enough for me to hear.
I love getting a snack from here, but that general manager’s attitude completely soiled my birthday and experience at this location (which is usually positive). GM Mark’s treatment of customers and his own staff was disgusting to see. I can’t imagine how insufferable he is when he is away from customers. I hope store owner/district manager takes note of this.

Well, they’re still here and I still take time out for a pretzel when I am at this mall. The workers communicate easily and effectively with each other and with their customers. The pretzels are still good!

Well these pretzels are not the bloated pasty white dough shapes I remember. They are more like twisted buttery dough shapes with less salt rhan I remember. Quite good. Not as bland as the ones I’ve had from other Auntie Anne’s in the past. Good customer service, and the line goes fast. Craving a bag of the pretzel bites? You can get these to take home or to the soccer game with the kids. Or hey. Did you know they have an app now? You can even order ahead. Progress tastes delicious. Enjoy.

Same problem with other reviewers. Overcooked pretzels and all of mine got burnt pretty bad that they are all very bitter. I have to take out the blackened part so my kids can eat those. Cannot recommend this place. This should be an easy fix, why it isnt fixed?

*UPDATE (Feb 02, 2024) the owner never PM or Email to “resolve this together” as he said. Just a lie to sooth other viewers.
I got 4 almond pretzels on Nov 17, 2023 night. All my 4 pretzels got burnt bottoms & tasted bitter. I had to tear all the bottoms off & throw away. Im very disappointed with this type of food quality.

Food is always fresh and pretzels are tasty at this location. Best of all, the staff are always so friendly. I’ve been to this location several times and have never had a negative experience – staff are always willing to help. Was there yesterday and helped by Alex at cash; not the first time interacting with him. He always brings positive energy and very personable. Never does he let a problem hold up the line so even though there’s generally a lineup, the wait is minimal.
