Ordered the pretzel dogs, was told they take 20-30 minutes to make, I came back 30 minutes later and they had not even started my order yet. All in all it took over an hour to get my order, no apology or anything.

These delicious, buttery soft fresh pretzels are a great treat every time I come to the mall. The smell of fresh pretzels by the food court is too good to resist! I recommend a sour cream and onion pretzel with marinara sauce, that combo is a hidden gem Their mango frozen lemonade is also a tasty way to cool down in this heat

I absolutely love auntie Ann‘s pretzels. They’re under new management and have been bought by a wonderful man named Ben. I loved getting my pretzel fixed and knowing that everything was done as it should be no teenage shenanigans no offense to teenagers. I would recommend Anne’s at any time for a wonderful diverse pretzel.

Rude staff! There’s was 4 girls and one said no we can’t make the pretzel dogs. While they just stood around. Not the first time either, time before that they said 15 minute wait went to get my order where they told me it’ll be done in 15 minutes. I waited a total of 30 minutes for some pretzel dogs.

Wanted to get some of their mini pretzel dogs, order on the app, app said it was ready at 5:11, got there a minute early, I was told that they never received the order. How could you have not received the order but I got a confirmation email? Also then they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, 10 minutes later, still not done, all I asked for was mini pretzel dog and a drink. Then I was told another 10 minutes, told them I couldn’t wait that long, they offered me a refund, I accepted it, still haven’t received the refund, I ordered this on February 26, and it’s been a week, where is the refund? I will delete this review if someone contacts me or if I get my refund or both.
Update it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t gotten a refund or a response, and I’ve tried calling the store too.

Andrew and his co worker are awesome people. Great service. I came in uncertain of my decision to finally after 13 to broke years of smelling and never enjoying.

Andrew made it possible to confidently make my purchase and final results….

I love it. Just the basic model and I stepped in and said, this is the nicest pretzel I’ve ever Bit in.

So go salt life.

And also Andrew and I completely synchronized with our banter on sauces and effortlessly both agreed on spicy cheese dip.

On Friday, I purchased three of the cinnamon and sugar pretzels I also purchased three of the icing with the pretzels. When I get home the pretzels was not edible. So I was going to call the location but unfortunately the store had closed. I went back on Sunday which is today and there were three workers there, I should have not gotten the pretzels because of the way that I was treated by the young man and the young lady that was making a pretzels. The young lady said she would call the owner and asked if they were able to give me the three pretzels. As I was standing there they were laughing and used the same hand that she used to hold her phone and continue to make pretzels. They did give me the three pretzels but when I got home the pretzels were burnt. I will return to the store because I feel like that management and owners should be aware of what took place I love these pretzels and pray, that they will get the proper training needed.

I normally love Auntie Anne’s, but this branch is bad. They didn’t have a card machine so it’s only cash, and they didn’t give me a receipt. They seemed to mostly only make pretzels when people asked for them, so there was always a wait. The original pretzel was overdone and crunch, and the pretzel dogs weren’t very good. One of the workers handled food without washing her hands. Overall I don’t recommend it.

5p on 2/8/19- The staff ( 3 young men) was terrible and rude. No greeting no smiles nothing. I placed my order and paid. They had too make and cook it. So I left for 15 min and came back to pick it up. And they forgot to cook it. No apologies. No we will get that started right now. Nothing. So I had to wait 15 more minutes. Then my daughter wanted dipping sauce. And instead of it being complimentary and giving it to her for their screw ups, he tells me it’s not his chain. The whole time that I waited they talked to two girls that they had just given free drinks to. Customer service is important. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Incredible. Amazing pretzels. Best around. Don’t be put off by the older reviews saying this place is gross. The new management has been great at following cdc guidelines and providing a safe pretzel experience. I trust this place with my life
