If your location states closing is at 7 pm then clean up and closing happens at 7 PM!!! How are you cleaning up and shutting down at 6:15??? This has been an ongoing issue since the new management came on board! Not only that, you all trash your remaining product at the end of the night instead of selling it! You could even sell it at a discount.
If your hours of operation are from 11am-7pm then your team should be prepared to stay their behinds until 8pm to clean up! If not, change your damn hours. You had a customer, in a wheel chair, asking for a regular salted pretzel. You all had 3 plain pretzels left and your employee told the customer she couldn’t add butter and salt because everything had been cleaned! AT 6:15 PM?!?! The rest of us working in the mall stay an hour after closing to clean up. Get your garbage service together!

I was going to take my time with this review but the previous reviews already say it all. Just know that an any stray dogs will treat you better than any of these workers. Was going to get mini pretzel dogs for dinner but now I rather starve. That should let you know how this establishment is. Workers definitely know how their phone work, but do not know how to make an order or talk to clients.

Zinnia was sweet and provided great customer service. However, the mini pretzel dogs were burnt and mushy. They said these were fresh, so maybe let them cool before putting them in the cup and then the warmer.
