Had the worst experience here this past Monday. The girl in front of me asked for a small nugget said they didn’t have any she asked if they would make some he said no she asked for the manager. Then my turn still same answer. Manager says he told you we would make some I said he did not said he wouldn’t. She said you heard me tell the other girl 10 min. I said I didnt know what kind she ordered. I mentioned ill call corporate since I had to when my order was placed at wrong store guy was yelling at me. She told him to go in back he came out of side door into the mall yelling at me. I asked if they where done after the 12 min. She told me to get in line. Still being very rude after waiting on me she walked away. My friend still had to order some else took her order still being rude and my friend wasn’t even there for the first part. She wanted a large nugget they where out. The scarf said yeah the will complain about that to. Never been treated so bad from a business. Was there 2 months ago and had the nicest girl. I called corporate they where going to review cameras and get back to me. When I finally did talk to them still havnt seen cameras. Said they cant share the info with me or what will be done and gave me 2 free pretzels. Not even what I order. Feel like they don’t care there employees verbal abuse people

I walked up and ordered pepperoni pretzels bites, i was told they don’t take preorders which is odd considering if i’m paying for it it shouldn’t matter, they told me 30 minutes to make which was fine as they just opened. I waited and then went back up to see if they have anything, i was told again 30 mins. i walked around the mall while waiting then came back as they weren’t done, they hadn’t even been put into the oven. the workers were mostly just talking which is fine but do your job. finally about an hour mark the food was done and the lady who saw me the first three times told me the were done and that i was “patiently waiting” when i had no choice besides other food). food was good but not worth it at all.

I ordered some Auntie Anne’s and I got a message from my dasher that they are out of dough so they can’t make my pretzels like you’ve been open and hour and your somehow out of the product that 90% of your menu is made out of?? I’ve also been inside the mall recently to get some and the staff is very rude and apparently they don’t make stuff you order anymore they just point to the box with stuff they already made what happened to Auntie Anne’s!!

Went to order pretzels and I seen the pretzels being put in cups as I ordered them and the cashier was very rude and said it would be 5 minutes and they don’t take preorders. Usually go there every time we go to the mall and I will never go back because of her. Ridiculous!

The place is clean and the staff is wonderful! I just wish the pretzels weren’t left in the warmer so long. The one I had today was a bit tough and cold. Also it is very expensive for what you’re getting.

They never have pretzels! It doesn’t matter if they have 1 person or 5 people working. Sometimes they won’t sell what they do have on display. They will tell you they only can sell drinks. People think they are on one of those hidden camera prank shows…

I ordered a small cinnamon sugar because it’s available on the shelf. I paid already for it and waited at the counter because I haven’t received my order yet. They asked me what I need, told them I don’t have my order yet. They thought they already gave it to me but the senior staff combined the small one to a regular size. Asked me to wait for 8mim when they can just give me the one from the shelf earlier.

I am only giving one star because i have too! My son and I went to the mall he loves Auntie Anne’s this is the 5th time in the last month we have gone and they have no food in the case and told 10-15 minute wait for pretzels. It was 2:00 on a Sunday!! That’s not all today we walk up get in line the rude sales girl says we have no pretzels it will be at 10-15 minutes wait I said ok I will wait she told me I need to get out of line and leave and before i could say something the person behind me said what did she say and I told her that they were out of pretzels and it would be a 10-15 minutes. The guy behind her said she told us that 30 minutes ago and they still have nothing in the case. So then I left went to a few stores and came back there was a line waited again in line two people were served this time by someone else. Then the guy that waited over 30 minutes before was getting his pretzel after a 1 hour wait because he placed a online order that is how he got his food. Then the lady in front of me was trying to get served they told her they are not serving anyone until they filled the case with everything. So by now there was 15 people inline and two little girls walked up to the counter and said can we get some pretzels the staff told them to go around back of the store where the employee go to get one. They did and came back out with a pretzel by then everyone in line was upset. Then the girls mom comes around walks in back a few minutes later walks out and asked us why we were all in line everyone said we were waiting for pretzels by then there was 15 pretzels and a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzels bits. Everyone told her we were told we had to wait until the case was full before they could serve us the rude little girl began yelling at the people in line saying we were lying. The lady with the two daughters then told the rude staff to sell us what was in the case. This is so ridiculous either you fire the staff that you have because they don’t want to work or you have the franchise owner close it because this isn’t the 1st time this has happened and it’s been happening for a while now and it makes a bad name for the company!!!
