I waited in line behind seven people and ordered a cup of salt pretzels, a cup of cinnamon pretzels, and a drink. The cashier rung me up for those things then told me she didn’t have any salt ready and asked me if I wanted two cinnamon or a cinnamon and a plain unsalted pretzel. I told her it was just for me, and I wanted both flavors and didn’t need two cinnamon and asked to refund the salt pretzels they didn’t have. She offers to put salt on the already made plain pretzel. I told her that really didn’t sound good and asked to have a refund for only the salt and still get the cinnamon. She told me I would have to wait fifteen minutes and having sold me something she didn’t have. Again, I asked for the refund for just the one item and to receive the item they did have. She calls the manager over who starts yelling in Chinese about the situation, gesturing to the line forming behind me and then gesturing to the warming station as if I personally should’ve known better to have not ordered a salt pretzel. The cashier is doing her best to translate, but the manager is getting louder and more aggressive. I explained again I would only like a refund for the product I ordered that they do not have. It was an enormous issue. At that point, I was ready to ask for the entire purchase refunded as the interaction was so unpleasant, and no kind of pretzels were worth the way I was being treated, by someone I was paying much less. Then, the manager apparently finally said the cashier she would get it for me in six minutes. I waited and hoped they wouldn’t spit in my food. After several minutes, the manager presents my pretzels to me with a very insincere, forced smile, throws my receipt in the trash without offering it to me, and then walks away before I have a chance to ask about my drink that I had already ordered. I have to wait to catch anybody’s attention to ask for my soda, and she pulls my receipt out of the trash to make sure and then fakes another forced smile and gets it for me without washing her hands or changing her gloves after digging in the trash.

Try to buy some mini dogs and the woman … I was in the fixed box that I couldn’t sell there because the whole product was to be ordered through door dash… which is ridiculous and stupid since you are visiting the mall and you can’t buy it right there… nefarious! I’m very disappointed in that
