The point of mobile ordering is to not have to wait another 15 minutes to get it. She began making it 2 minutes after promise time. Why is that? Probably because she was more concerned with her conversation on the phone. She was having a good ole’ time talking to whoever in her ear and clapping when it was just too funny. But when talking to me, she mumbled. So no idea what she said the entire time. If I had been on the phone she would of probably been more clear.
I will give her props though the pretzels she made were good and fresh. But her attitude stunk and lack of care was irritating. There is usually better staff but whoever hired this one has questionable reasons as to why. If I ever see her again I’m just turning around and going somewhere else. Not worth my time to be treated like that

I work at another store in the outlets so I got Annie Anne’s pretty often for my breaks and I genuinely cannot remember the last time I got fresh or not burnt food. It seems they have a lot of teenagers/young adults working there who don’t bother to make the food good. Today I watched a young woman pull some pretzel dog bites out of the oven, a great majority of them burnt, she threw away a couple of (what i assume was) the most burnt ones and then served me the rest of the burnt ones. It’s just frustrating to consistently get stale or burnt food. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe it’s an off day i’m sure it was just a bad batch but my co workers experience the same thing. I definitely just won’t be going back anymore but I hope they can work on that.

We went to Auntie Anne’s and they were busy. Completely understand. We were asked to wait for fresh bites and we happily obliged. Once they were done, it seemed we’d been forgotten about. I politely asked the girl behind the counter if we could get the food we paid for. Visibly irritated, she and her co-worker stopped complaining about their co-workers long enough to shove my food in a bag and at me from across the counter. Typically live Auntie Anne’s. Very disappointed today.

I went in this location and it was completely empty. I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzels and they were extremely hard and barely had any sugar on them. The cashier was very dismissive and didn’t try to make the situation better

Today while school shopping we stopped in for a snack. The employee Nate was making fresh pretzels and my son was watching. When Nate noticed he asked if my son would like to make one. Nate then cleaned off an area and helped my 4 year old roll out dough to make a pretzel. Although, we threw the dough out after, it was a great experience for my son.

Pretzels and customer service was great. I live in the area and have been many times and never had any issues.

Yall should change your closing hours if you don’t plan to serve until 8p. We came at 735p on a Saturday and they were “out” of everything. They can still bake items up until 745p, otherwise what is the point of having a closing time. Or again just put a sign up that says you stop making food an hour plus prior to closing so don’t expect us to serve you as we just sit here and get paid.

Store opens at 2pm on Sundays. Visited store at 5pm. 3 pretzels and no pretzel bites. They said that’s all they had left and not making any more. All the workers were cleaning store preparing for closing is what the cashier said. First time visiting the store specifically for pretzel bites. No inventory an hour before closing or offering to make more isn’t good business.

The lemonade was good but I almost pulled out my teeth on those pretzels. Way over-cooked and burnt on the underside.

Food was okay. I will say I came 45 mins before closing and asked them if they can make an almond pretzel since it’s made to order. I can understand if it’s 20 mins or less to closing maybe even 30 mins to closing but when it’s 40 plus minutes to closing and not wanting to make a pretzel is crazy if you ask me. The person who took my order was nice but she seemed very out of it.
