I bought a pretzel on 03/31/23. It was extremely stale. It tasted like it had been left over for 5-7 days. I thought they were supposed to be made fresh daily; apparently not for this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I won’t be buying from Aunt Annie anymore.

Never have I been to an Auntie Anne’s where they burned the pretzels. And if they did I didnt know about it because they didn’t try to sell them to me. Then the one guy who knew how to do a refund couldn’t be bothered to do it so stood across the room trying to explain it to the other two associates there who worked in the subway part. I wouldn’t have even gave it one star had it not been for the mini pretzel dogs that my kids ate. And all this after he told me it would be a half hour until they were ready so we walked around Walmart.

January 20, 2020, at 6:16pm, No pretzels products to sell. Second day in a row I have come in and there were no pretzels to purchase. Rude and they act like they are doing you a favor by being there. The one at Bowie Town Center was much better. Take some lessons on customer service.

This is the worst Auntie Anne’s I had to deal with.
Now I will take the extra trip to Annapolis. Don’t like spending my money outside of my community but they leave me know choice without standing outside Walmart with a sign.

Stopped by to grab pretzel nuggets. They didn’t have any made. The worker told me they couldn’t make anything else until they sold what they had. They only had 3 petzels ready to sell. She turned away 3 customers while I was there. You mean to tell me you all turn away customers vs.making more food to sell? That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever experienced.

Employee was really rude when I was trying to talk to her. I had told one of the employee I need 2 cinnamon bites and there was one on the glass I told her I didn’t want that one I wanted 2 fresh ones since she was already gonna make one for me. She then said okay 10 minutes. I said okay I’ll wait. I AM NOW WAITING OVER 35 minutes because the girl “ didn’t know “ when I tried talking to her and asking how much longer she just turned around and said something but I couldn’t hear what she said. You guys need faster and not rude people.

We won’t be coming back.The service here is BAD, and we waited at least 25 minutes for pretzel nuggets that were supposed to be ready in half that time, but at least they tasted like they were supposed to.

Pretzel Nuggets were received were stale and old tasting, the hotdogs pretzel were extremely burnt! Shouldve save my money! I will never purchase from there again! Yuck!
