Pretzel was inedible. Burn on the bottom and so stale it couldn’t be eaten. Called 5 times to speak to someone about a refund but number wouldn’t go through.

Auntie Anne’s at the capital city mall is a small place in the middle of the mall. Pretzels were fresh and delicious! They were busy and the line moved quickly. I got new one handed snack that included a drink, nuggets and cheese! Whoever invented that came up with a really great idea! It was super helpful shopping the mall and snaking on delicious pretzels and cheese!

Very cold no greeting at all my guess because I am white and the cashier’s were black they chose not to say a peep to me just looked at me and I only new what the total price was because I looked at the screen! You guys need to do better when hiring staff. They were absolutely unfriendly! Whoever hired them should be fired!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes only 5 people in front of me. You couldn’t see the pricing until you were at the checkout and it was a timed screen so you had to wait for what you wanted to appear again. I think they had the line going the wrong way all together because you passed the straws napkins and condiments before you ordered. The pretzels were not good. The taste and texture wasn’t right. I spent about $24 for 3 cups of pretzels and a cheese sauce to share between 4 of us. It’s now about 2 hours since I got and ate them and that’s how long I’ve been trying not to throw them up. My kids seem to have tougher stomachs. Whatever is different about this stand happened since the remodel took place. Probably wouldn’t ever buy at this location again.

Pretzel was overcooked and cost $11 just for a pretzel and a small lemonade way overpriced for the value.

For as popular as Auntie Anne’s pretzels are, you would think if there was a line running around their shop, they would have two cashiers checking people out. When we were there today, we stood in line for nearly 20 minutes, while one slightly handicapped woman served us and checked us out at the register, one employee was making new pretzels, and two other employees were just standing around. Wish the service was better.

Don’t bother ordering on Uber Eats. There’s a 50% chance they’ll cancel your order and immediately show themselves as “closed” despite having just shown themselves as “open”. If they aren’t going to fulfill orders, they shouldn’t be on Uber Eats. Only restaurant that has ever done to me and has done it multiple times over the past two months at all different times of day and days of the week with no pattern I’ve been able to discern. Yes, the food is delicious, but not delicious enough to put up with this nonsense. Don’t let them waste your time, order from somewhere else.

I can’t order a drink on their app because there is no place to customize NO ICE. The pretzels were better when they had all the flavors. Garlic powder (not the yucky Garlic herb). Rasin with glaze, sour cream and onion. I miss the pretzel dog with crispy cheese on top. I really miss the fresh brewed iced tea.

First time visiting this Auntie Anne’s. I have been having pregnancy cravings for their pretzels for weeks now and decided to take the drive. After I arrived the line was extremely long and slow moving. There were 3-4 employees (there was 4, but I assumed maybe the one was leaving?) and only one was taking customer orders switching between mobile and the regular line. It seems as though they didn’t know how to run anything very efficiently. The lady at the register was quite rude and dismissive repeating to me multiple times that the wait was 30 minutes as if I would just leave (after already waiting in line for 20). As I was waiting the last few minutes, I noticed she did not acknowledge her customers as they approached the kiosk, resulting in a bunch of people walking away and at this point there were two employees and they no longer had a long line. When I finally received my order I paid for 30 minutes prior, the lady turns and says nothing as I check my bag and my two tubs of cheese arent in the bag. When I bring this to her attention, she acted as though it was an inconvenience to her..when it was clearly printed on the receipt she was referencing. Needless to say, worst service I’ve ever experienced at an auntie Anne’s location. I will not be going back.
