Honestly, we were not fond of the food, service, and atmosphere. The food was overcooked, made improperly, and was expensive. For the mall, I would expect better. It was this lady and man working. The man asked me what I was waiting for, I repeated and got interrupted by the woman, “we know.” I didn’t mind waiting, but to be rude, the food to be rushed while not much was going on, and it wasn’t closing time yet. Both the employees could have done better. Would not recommend.

Best pretzels, so long as they are fresh! Just the right amount of salt or topping of your choice and pretty great beverage selection also! Sadly the last visit I had with my girls my jalapeño pretzel was VERY, VERY hard. Hoping for better luck next time!
