This is a very good restaurant in located in a very good mall. Which attracts local customers from all over capital district area, Albany. Schenectady. So much cities around capitalistic area and the shop is very clean and very nice. It looks pretty wonderful but the people need to learn little communication skill and a house smile on their face, so the customers can attract and more customer can visit. I spent $7.55 on cinnamon pretzels and still had to pay 1.35 for the crème. That’s a bit ridiculous if u ask me! U guys need to do better. That’s a rip off I understand if we didn’t get cinnamon pretzels but I did.

They prioritize catering orders over individual orders in-person. I got there 20 minutes after opening was told they would not have pretzels available until another 20 minutes due to a catering order. I explained I only needed one for my daughter, they still said there would be a wait. I contacted customer service and their manager Cory called me back. He saw no issue with the wait time. I suggested there should be a reserve so non-catering order customers can still buy pretzels, he said there still would not be an expectation of there being pretzels soon after they open. Pathetic. I will not be returning here. I will continue to share this experience with family and friends. There are far better options than over-priced pretzels here.

Arrived to this location at 11:35am on a Sunday thinking there would be food since they opened at 11am, but no food was prepared. I waited for an employee to acknowledge me so I could ask when things would be ready. One of the employees looked at me, gestured at the empty food area, said “nothing is ready yet” and went right back to making pretzels. It was clear that she was annoyed so I left without purchasing anything.

Ordered on doordash and driver forgot something. Auntie Anne’s was kind enough to offer a partial refund after resending out the order. I gave them a 2 star review on Doordarsh when the driver said it was their fault. But shouldn’t have. Great food and excellent customer service.
