I stopped by to get cinnamon sugar pretzels. An older woman was helping at the register and handling the food. Her gloves were ripped open with her nails sticking out. I was absolutely disgusted just from that. Then one of the kids dropped the pretzels picked them up with gloves on, went to put them back and stopped and asked before fully putting back on the tray. He then proceeded to start handling the rest of the good pretzels with the same gloves as the ones from the floor. I have never been so grossed out. Made me immediately lose my appetite.

This review is about the older woman who I assume is the manager (because she was the only person who didn’t appear to be high school aged).
I watched her rolling pretzels with gloves on, then picked up her phone and sent a text with those same gloves on, then immediately continued rolling pretzels WITH THOSE SAME GLOVES ON.
That is disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. I don’t think you need a ServSafe certificate to know why this is gross.

I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn’t right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. Just left the kiosk in the Cherry Hill Mall and there are kids supervising kids. There is a 15 minute wait while the one girl who I learned is a trainee is doing all the work while 2 other employees are watching! Poor customer service.
