This restaurant was absolutely amazing! From the service to the delicious food. My husband and I were visiting Massachusetts for the weekend and we found this place because of the reviews. We are so happy we came here. The food was so seasoned and delicious! We ate until we were stuffed lol. We had leftovers for the night time and the food was just as good. We definitely have to go back there whenever we go back to visit. I highly recommend!

I’ve been here 4x everything Slaps! Prices are fair for the plate you get. Primarily takeout. (Soul food). Amazing Food! There are a few tables and chairs. Everything was Hot, fresh and flavorful. I will say this they do from time to time run out of items if you don’t get there early enough. This is my top 5 places to eat in Western, MA.

I came here with my coworkers specifically looking to support a black owned business. After the place we originally chose was closed, we went to a fusion place but left because they were not serving the type of food we were looking for, nor they even acknowledge we were there for nearly 10 minutes. We then continued to search on google and found Auntie Adrienne’s which was just a short walk away! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. They took the time to explain the menu and were patient, answering all of our questions. We were disappointed that there was no dine-in BUT the food was well worth it! We ordered the lemon pepper & sweet chili chicken wings, cheese fries, all the sides, and 2 desserts- banana pudding and strawberry shortcake. The food took a while before it was ready so we eagerly rushed back to the office to eat. Everything we ordered was awesome and so delicious! I took my left overs home for my daughters to try and my 9 years old said the wings were ‘fire’ lol. My older daughter took one bite of the smack-n- cheese and she immediately asked me where I got the food from and asked to get more. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will definitely be going back!

Delicious food and great customer service(shoutout to whomever is working register). I’ve eaten here twice within 1 month and haven’t had a bad experience. My 2 personal issues is charging extra for double mac on an entree that comes with 2 sides, shouldn’t matter if I wanna double up on something good and I would like a full menu( wanted a po’boy but wasn’t serving it at the time). I’m a fan and will be back.

The best food in Springfield. Without any question, there’s no other restaurant in Springfield that has better food than Auntie Adrienne’s. Every time I come in, the person at the register is polite and smiling. The music is always good. The portions are big. Zero complaints.

The sitting area could be better and more spacious as people can pile up with the time it takes to prepare the food.
Also, there seems to be time specific food options. Example: “after 1pm we don’t make fries” or something to that affect. There was another one, but the taste of the food made up for it. There’s a big board of options, but some based on time of day may not be available. It is not good business, especially having to be verbally told. It’s not displayed anywhere.
I recommend ordering ahead and just picking up. A lot of people were doing that. The food is made fresh, so I see why it takes so long. Area for waiting, and speed could be improved, but they have a good thing here with the taste of the food.

I got the fish and shrimp …let me tell you I fot 2 BIG pieces of DELICIOUS FISH PLENTY of shrimp cant tell you the exact number because I started to tear it up before I even thought of it……and ALL the ladies that held it down were on point with their customer service to…10/10 will be back…with cash tho!

I absolutely love the food served here. The cashier who takes your order is very pleasant. She is patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. You can basically see the cooks preparing and cooking your food in the back. I love their sweet chili wings, yams and string beans. I would like to see collard greens on the menu, but I guess we cannot always have what we want. The lemonade is delectable as well as the banana pudding. This is my go to place for soul food in Springfield.
