Reviews
Would recommend it for a relaxed morning out, especially with friends or family.
Short stack of buttermilk pancakes: A staple here, ideal if you want the classic experience.
Crepes (strawberry, apple, cajeta): For something a bit different, they mention crepes topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
Omelette + pancakes combo: Great if you want savory + sweet; omelettes get good mentions.
Coffee: Many reviewers highlight that their coffee is reliably hot and well-refilled.
Parking is a challenge .
I hate that people bring dogs to a restaurant. Someone brought their dog and was told about their policy and the level of entitlement is mind-boggling. They had the nerve to put the dog on the furniture to sit. Since when is this acceptable?
The food is good, not exceptional but its a good option if any other places is busy, pancakes are good and the breakfast burrito was my favorite.
The food was what you expect. Tasty. Cost was fair.
Nothing that blows your skirt up but definitely an affordable option that serves trustworthy food.
When we arrived there was 1 couple ahead of us. My friend gave the “hostess” or name. She’s asked if we preferred a table or both. We said it did not matter. There were lots of open tables. She rang up the customers who were checking out, seated the couple ahead of us, came back, rang up the next people, then left us just standing there to wait knowing there were plenty of open tables.
After about 5 minutes of just standing there waiting, I was about to seat myself at one of the open tables or the bar when another waitress came and sat us.
And wouldn’t you know it, right after that, that so called “hostess” went back to the front.
This disturbed the rest of my experience unfortunately.
I ordered the Monte Cristo. What I got was a French toast ham sandwich. I had to ask for the preserves that is supposed to come with it, and was informed they were out and would I like some jelly.
I’m thinking this information should have been told to me prior to bringing me my food. I got jelly packets instead. No bueno.
My friend really hyped this place up and I was completely deflated by the whole experience.
I have posted a picture of the rudeness “hostess” with my review because I didn’t get her name.
