I got to spend about 2 1/2 months in and around Pinckney in 2022 and had a great time. One of my favorite places to eat was here at Aunt Betty’s diner. I love a good breakfast with the standard eggs, bacon, hash browns and either a pancake or waffle. This place will make you an amazing blueberry pancake that I order in addition to my regular breakfast. Come hungry, it’s one big pancake. It’s a cool place to eat and hangout with a typical small town vibe and friendly folks. I love this place and I just came back for my usual a few weeks ago after 2 years and it was every bit as tasty as the last time. It’s not a big place and they close at 2 PM, but you can get breakfast anytime before then.

We needed a quick spot to eat during a local job and found this place with high reviews. It’s a very simple diner in appearance, but also very clean. They have a large array of food offerings, so I asked about their specialities, which included corned beef or hamburgers. I had the Reuben sandwich and it had fresh pulled chunks of corned beef and was excellent. My friend had the burger which was a fresh made patty. Overall good for a diner and very reasonably priced. Under $30 for two of us.

Stopped here around noon on a Saturday on our way through town. Exactly what we were expecting in a small town diner! The food tasted great, and the portions were perfect. Loved the screen door entrance and the locals coming in and out. Great stop for a meal to fill you up!

At first I was a little worried because the service was slow. The waitress came over at this point and apologize for her slow response because they were having an equipment malfunction with one of their machines. The food was amazing, the portions were great, and the staff was really nice.
