Came here for a “nostalgic meal” with my family. We always enjoy to make the trip. It was 7:30 when we placed the order. The manager that I assume is named Matthew, was rude and made it seem like a chore when he needed to correct our order. I would understand more if it were a last minute meal, but with over an hour to go there should be better customer service and shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for food.

60 plus miles we drove and stopped to eat here and I got meatloaf that had black hamburger…they tried to tell me its cause it sat on the pan all day.. I’ve cooked meatloaf a zillion times and even after 4 days in the pan mine never turned black. I would suggest yall do better before you make someone sick and yall get shut down or sued.

The barbecue is good, but the combo came with only half an order of fries. When I asked why, the server said “We only have one size order of fries here.” I counted and there were only 10 fries in the container which was barely half full.

I ordered a all the way hotdog and had it repeated back to me and they gave it to me plain and the bread was hard my fries were hard and over salted my hush puppies were hard as a rock I do NOT recommend this drive the extra 35 minutes to Mt airy it’s worth it

They were closing as I pulled up, but they took our order and served us anyway!!! Mega points in my book! No chain restaurant will do that for you. The food, well it is southern barbaque, and it is pretty hard to mess that up.

Pretty good sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Maybe biscuit could have cooked longer. The onion rings are pretty good too, but IMO, are overpriced for the amount you receive.
