This place…everything about it is wonderful. The pancakes are hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. Forget all the trending, supposedly gourmet pancakes in Miami…these are PER-FEC-TION. Just look at the crispy golden edges and fluffy centers, not dry, not gummy…just right! The shrimp and grits dish was divine and the omelette, also delicious. Everything was fresh and cooked like a homemade meal. Compliments to the chef and Jemiyah as well. Her service was every bit as sweet as her smile. I also love that the dishes are all named after songs. We will definitely be back next time we travel out of Florida.

Food was okay, grits were a little thin for my taste but overall it was nice brunch with my granddaughter. FYI, if you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. The chef takes extra time with every entree. If you order the french toast please add more. It was one toast cut on half but delicious. , I would recommend

This was my first visit with them. They were pretty busy but I was greeted and seated as I walked in the door. The place looked spacious with both low tables and high tables for your convenience inside and a few tables outside. After about 3 minutes of being seated my waitress came all smiles and ready to start me off with drinks. I ordered the Don’t Stand to Close to Me Omlete, a side of house potatoes, a bowl of fruit, and a coke. The food did take a bit to come out but I factored in how busy they were and the food being fresh and made to order. Everything was delicious. I didn’t expect for the omelet to be that big but it was packed with veggies and I added chicken sausage to it. The biscuit that came with it was fresh and topped with what looked and taste like honey butter. The potatoes were seasoned to perfection and the fruit were sweet. I would recommend this spot to anyone as brunch is served so there is something for everyone depending on what a you’re looking for. My waitress was nice and kept checking in even as I waited on my food.

This was my fist visit and I liked it so much I’m bringing the family back for breakfast. The food was great. I feel the potatoes were over seasoned but that could be personal preference and also better over seasoned than under. The staff was super friendly and the place looks very nice.

My sisters and I traveled from Florida to try Augie’s for our annual Sisters’ Christmas brunch. Everything was excellent – the food, the service, the cleanliness/ esthetics didn’t disappoint. I had fried catfish and grits along with a specialty iced coffee. The food/drink was delicious and the price point was great for portion. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even assisted us with taking pics by the cute swings inside the establishment. We’ve already made plans to return. Thanks Augie’s staff for a great dining experience.

First time at Augie’s Cafe and I’m genuinely impressed. The customer service was OUTSTANDING not the fake kind… the real, genuine, “we’re glad you’re here” type of service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. Our server was amazing and didn’t miss a beat.
And the catfish… BABYYYY Crispy, perfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked exactly how it should be. You can tell this place has pride in what they serve and how they treat people. Augie’s Cafe isn’t just a restaurant it’s an experience. I’ll absolutely be back and I’m telling everybody if you want good food and even better service, come here
