Pros: Beautiful place! Very spacious! Food was good. Wife said the salad was perfect!

Cons: Steak was tender and juicy. It was overcooked tho in my case but didn’t stop me from eating. Service was just okay. It’s a new restaurant so giving these guys some grace. I’ve owned a few restaurants in the past and it’s not easy.

Overall we will be back to support these guys. I’m sure everything will get better everyday day!

We waited a bit after the grand opening and it didn’t disappoint! When we walked in, it took a minute for someone to greet us, after Charlie seeing us he came over and greeted us and sat us within 5 minutes! He was very friendly and professional. Our server Taylor was good, very friendly, happy and helped us with any questions. Food was 10/10, flavorful, fresh and hot. I will definitely come back to try other options because a lot sounded so good with the variety on the menu. Clean and spacious atmosphere, I was surprised at that price thinking it would be more but for what it’s worth I’m impressed. The cheesecake and banana pudding were also good but didn’t get pictures. I recommend 100%

Seems like a really great place. Had a few issues. I asked ahead of time if their ribeye ordered ‘medium’ would be juicy and have a good amount of pink in the middle. I was told it would. It barely had any pink.

After the meal, The server asked if anyone was ready for cheesecake. I was. But after waiting over 10 minutes for it, I told the server never mind on the cheesecake. I mean, did they have to bake it? If you offer someone desert, It should be fairly simple to get it to that person.

Despite all that, we did have a good time and the place is is beautiful. Recommend Aubrey’s but be wary of wait times and information on how they cook their steaks.

We want to like Aubrey’s. We’ve just never had the best experience. Today, my husband and I with our 2 year old boy waited 45 minutes for a kids Mac and cheese with apples, a medium rare old fashion patty melt with curly fries, and a cranberry salad with salmon. The bartender was our server and he was nice… But the Mac and cheese came out like it’d been sitting for 15 min, blah, although my kid still liked it. The old fashion melt came out well done, with some round fry chips I’m not sure what they’re called, but they weren’t sweet potato curly fries (the server had even double checked it was the sweet potato ones I was asking for when ordering). It was dry and greasey, and had little flavor for what all was on it. The salad was good, but the salmon was well done too. I’m sure it didn’t help that he didn’t take note of anything, just memorized my order. All-round “meh”. When he came around to ask if everything was tasting alright, we said it was okay so he got us a free dessert, which was nice. I hate being honest in those situations cause it’s not always their fault, and I used to be a server for many years. But ‍♀️ some of it was I guess.
We speculated that maybe because we were seated in the bar area, and we noticed guests that arrived at the same time as us seated at tables in the dining room had finished eating before we got our food, so maybe it’s a room by room quickness factor? Bummer. Hope y’all get better.

Beautiful new restaurant in Spring Hill. Dining and bar area are separate, I liked that.
Caesar salad was wilted and had an ungodly amount of dressing, but other than that, everything was wonderful and the food was great.
Highly recommend the rattlesnake pasta! It was delicious!
Service was ok, our waitress didn’t seem to be in the best mood, but the other servers seemed really nice.

I was a customer with my wife and 2 sons at about 3pm and was seated in a booth in the lounge area with the bar. Our server was also the bartender named Samantha. She was very friendly with us, very attentive always being there to check about refills, bringing out our food, taking back the dishes she literally did everything and never wavered. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Hawaiian ribeye and it was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. I also got the sweet potato waffle fries with cinnamon sugar fantastic. My wife had the fried chicken with mashed Yukon gold potatoes and it was so juicy and delicious. One son had the cheddar burger and said was well cooked and flame grilled flavor that he likes being autistic. My other son had the seafood pasta. Was very flavorful it was presented very elegantly and everybody had good flavor. It wasn’t too hot. It wasn’t too cold. It was perfect flavor wise temperature wise. It was excellent.

Friendly and attentive server. Delicious banana pudding. Noisy dining room. Food was slow to come out. Tuscan chicken was dry. Prime rib was mediocre. A bit pricey. We’re still open to trying the fresh caught fish and the fried chicken next time, but this experience wasn’t great.

Our first time here today in Spring Hill — really first time in any Aubrey’s locations. Very positive experience starting with our server who was very pleasant, informative & attentive. Food quality was excellent — I chose the Chicken Tender Platter (house specialty) and really enjoyed the batter flavor — light & crispy. Ambiance is light & airy — lots of windows. The bar area is set apart from the main square shaped dining room — the bar design includes an outdoor element when the garage door like opening is up. Cloth napkins with heavy high quality silverware. My Blue-Moon adult beverage was served in a frosted glass. Presentation is very good and the mood in the dining room is enhanced with a very high quality sound system that doesn’t overwhelm the area — the midday playlist was soft instrumental jazz. Located on highly visible & high traffic US 31 (Main Street) with parking entrance off a corner side thoroughfare.

First time eating here. Took us about 15 minutes for a table. It was very crowded. Sat at a nice 8 person round table. Ordered half off bottle of wine and some pretzels with beer cheese. Beer cheese was good and nothing too special with the pretzel. Dinner kids got salmon, cheeseburger and fettuccine Alfredo. They all really enjoyed their meals. Not sure why there was no sides for the pasta so when ordered a fruit cup as a side got charged 5 dollars. You guys need to fix that in the system. For adults we got chicken finger platter,
Roadhouse burger, bbq chicken and fish and chips. Everything was hot and yummy.

My one issue is the bar has a large garage door like opening to the outside and then doors to the dining area. Because of this I got quite a few bugs and bug bites during the meal. I recommend to close the door to the bar possibly?

First time to try an Aubrey’s and really enjoyed the experience. The food was superb. Everyone enjoyed their selection. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing, just chicken salad without being saturated with non-chicken components.

The fish and chips, in addition to being the largest pieces of fish I had ever had, had the most amazing breading. Had to save half of the fish for later.

And you have to try the Pizza Rockefeller for an appetizer. We had two.

Topped off of a generous bowl of pudding (shared by the 7 in my party).

And with all these remarkable dishes to enjoy, we were blessed to have the most attentive server (Jasper).

Having moved to Tennessee three years ago we have now found our favorite local restaurant.
