Best Thai in St. Louis! I was really impressed with Aubergine when I ordered delivery, so I had to try it in person, and wow; I’m so glad I did. Every dish was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The Cardinal cocktail was a standout, along with the drunken noodle. I’ll definitely be back.

While in town for a conference, we walked about six or seven blocks from our hotel by the arch to get to this little Thai restaurant. The service was excellent, as well as the food. I would highly recommend the crab rangoon and the beef and broccoli. It’s a small place and from the outside it doesn’t look like much, but it’s definitely worth going to!

Best Thai food experience of my life! You are crazy if you don’t get the homemade dumplings and the fish curry. Top it off with a cha manao to drink and mango stick rice for dessert. It can’t get any better. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will be going back.

I’m glad that they are able to grant our request to make our orders vegetarian! Really enjoyed my lunch there, the foods were just pleasant to the eyes and taste! Satisfied my asian cravings for rice hehe

Visiting from out of town and decided to walk here and was happily surprised! Their flavors here are insane. Whatever kind of spice that was on the wings were spectacular and highly addictive, we had to ask what spices they put cuz it was that good. We also ordered the drunken noodles and Thai fried rice and I cannot explain to yall how epic these flavors are. I have never finished my food so quick. Very pleased with this spot

So good I almost didn’t get a picture. Flavor was rich, complex, and easily some of the best Thai I’ve eaten.

I had a very pleasant dinner at this place. I had Tom yum soup and beef pad thai. Both of my dishes were tasty. My friend ordered a huge bowl of Kai soi soup. She loved it, for me it was a little too sweet and too much of a coconut flavor. I really liked the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant. It was cozy, clean, and more of modern style. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes.

Nice small restaurant with great food. My husband and I ate here during the week and the place was really busy. The servers were running around making sure all of the tables were taken care of. The food took a little while to come out but it was worth the wait. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef and a mild spice level. The drunken noodles were absolutely delicious. Hands down the best Thai noodles I have ever had. My husband ordered the Sweet Chili Basil Bomb with Stew beef and it was also delicious. The serving sizes were adequate. The Calamari appetizer were cooked very well and the pairing sauce was tasty. There is no street parking but there is a parking garage nearby. We walked less then 5 minutes from the garage to the restaurant. We would eat here again.

Aubergine – Thai Cuisine offers delicious, authentic flavors with fresh ingredients and friendly service. The Pad Kra Pao is a must-try, packed with bold spices, fragrant basil, and a perfect fried egg. For dessert, the Mango Sticky Rice is a delightful treat with sweet mangoes and creamy coconut milk. Whether you’re craving spicy stir-fries or comforting Thai classics, this place won’t disappoint. Warm hospitality and great food make it a top choice. Highly recommended!

Clean place, staff was friendly, very attentive and the food was delicious. The flavors were all excellent. Hubby ordered the Kao Soi and it was amazing! I got the vegetables and chicken with a garlic brown sauce and white rice. Also delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back when we visit St. Louis again:)
