Aubergine is so great. The food always tastes incredibly fresh and everything feels like such clean, healthy eating without losing any flavor. Their bowls are packed with high quality ingredients, tons of color, and big portions that actually fill you up. I love how balanced each bowl is with proteins, veggies, grains, and those little sauces that tie everything together.
The restaurant is always clean, the service is quick, and the vibe is calm and welcoming. It is one of my favorite places when I want something healthy but still delicious and satisfying. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they serve. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. Every single thing I’ve ever tried there has been delicious, and the cheese bread is the best in the valley. They also have so many gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options, so it’s also great for anyone with allergies or food restrictions!

My wife and girls really enjoy Aubergine Kitchen. I got the tri-tip and mac & cheese. I thought the mac & cheese was really gross. I like the sauce they put on the tri-tip. Also not a fan of their shakes. This location was under construction so it was confusing, but I’m assuming that’s temporary.

I’ll preface this ⭐️⭐️ by saying that I love the food @ Aubergine Kitchen. Ive watch them grow from one location to many. I have been a regular customer for as long as they’ve been open – sometime frequenting multiple times a week. I get the Rio Bowl with half rice half quinoa every time… I know what I like and I stick to it… the staff are always very accommodating. One visit in Draper, I ordered a nutty chocolate chip cookie with my to-go order. When I got back to the job site I realized they forgot my cookie. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgot my cookie & they’ve made it right in the past. My next visit I mentioned to the cashier that the cookie had been forgotten in my last order. She was super pleasant and said “im sure we can make that right”… she didnt know how to fix it in the computer so she asked her female manager for help. The manager said, NO SORRY we can’t help. Both myself & the cashier were both very taken back by the managers rudeness… the cashier actually offered to buy me a cookie – which I obviously refused.
Now fast-forward a few weeks later. I was ordering 2 takeout Rio Bowls – with half rice half quinoa for my pregnant wife & I. The male cashier must have been new & didnt know how to make special requests notes in the system, and stepped over to ask the same wonderful female manager how to do that in the system. Her response – NO SORRY, we have to charge you $4 for a side of quinoa. Silly & petty!
I know that my review may be silly & petty as well… and I’m sorry. But the truth is, after these 2 interactions with this very unpleasant manager, I am going to avoid the Orem location as much as possible. Aubergine Kitchen, If customer loyalty is the goal, these petty rude interactions with your manager, are not the way to do it! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I love Aubergine Kitchen! I have been going there for years. I love that the food is clean and healthy and so are their homemade dressings. I also really love their cheese bread. I love the fact that they offer gluten-free and healthy food options and ingredients including what they use for natural sweeteners rather than just refined sugar. They have upgraded atmosphere and overall appearance.
My only few complaints are that the wait time is usually kind of long bringing your food out. They do have good salad greens, but they recently stopped serving romaine which is disappointing! The food is kind of pricey, but it’s healthy so I guess that’s what you pay for healthier food.

I purchased the Salmon Mango bowl. About $17 before tax or tip. Food was good but the salmon filet was tiny; about half the size of a dollar bill. I ate it in two bites. I can see the appeal if you’re vegetarian. But I would avoid this place if you’re a meat eater.

The nutty chocolate chip cookie was good. The salad dressings that I have tried (Tahini and Cilantro Jalapeno) are all too sour for me. The Pasture bowl was good imo.

LOVED all of the options here! Thank you for having so many GF items. Everything is very clearly labeled – loved that!
We got 2 different bowls to share (The Rio Bowl and Mushroom Chicken Spaghetti Squash Bowl), the cheeseballs, and the chicken bites. Would absolutely order it all again except for the chicken bites. They were too large in our opinion. I appreciate that they are breaded and still GF, but the chicken in our bowls was better.
Amazing. Will definitely be back to try more things.

My wife loved her salad. I unfortunately never got to try anything because they forgot my food. When I brought it up I was told I was only charged for one salad at $35!? Unacceptable. Moral of the story is forget your predeliction towards the environment – ask for receipts. Panda Express and McDonald’s can at least get your order right.

Frankly speaking this is overpriced. I have had several other salads which were not this dry. They over cooked the salmon and made it like a rubber. The falafels were also not properly cooked. I liked the baba ganush but other than that this is a no.
