I love aubergine kitchen for its focus on clean eating and ingredients, but I was mortified by the sight of their ice/water dispenser. I like this chain because of its health focus menu but disappointed in the sanitary of their equipment use for customers made me worried for the things in the kitchen, but maybe it’s just the dispensers that are like this. Just warning to all be mindful of the contaminated ice/water dispenser.I told staff and the manager, but not sure what they did to improve it! The manager didn’t seem shocked or worried about it. Sent an employee over to look at it but definitely won’t be eating at this location ever again.

I loved the Mango goat cheese bowl, the dressing was so flavorful 9/10, spicy coconut curry, was pretty bland and not spicy at all.. it was definitely a little lower than average Curry for me 4/10, I tried the chicken Capri melt which had a lot of flavor and was spicy in a good way, 9/10
The cashier wasn’t very happy when taking my order. I ordered falafel on my order but didn’t receive it. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating.
I would definitely try this again just based on the mango goat salad!

Great food. However, I recommend to NOT go to thile American Fork location as the portion sizes are tiny. The side on the tri tip steak was 1/8 a cup. I don’t think they could have pinched a smaller amount to put on the plate. Overall I’ve noticed they are generally stingy and I finally decided not to go to this location any more. If you want healthy food in American Fork, Vessel Kitchen is close by.

We usually love aubergines but this time the servings were pitiful, plates very empty. The steak place that costs $20 had hardly any meat and a very sad salad with old lettuce. So disappointed. Not coming to this location again.

We were in Provo for 4 days and we ate at Aubergine kitchen 3 times.
We just loved it that much! Nothing disappointed us. The smoothies are amazing, the food is health focused without sacrificing deliciousness, and the menu is extensive.
The highlight for me is the Madeira steak bowl.

I don’t go to Aubergine Kitchen very often. There’s not a lot of food they have on their menu I like, and when I find something they change it a few weeks later. I try to give them a chance every once in a while but then they always find a way to make it a bad experience. Whether it’s changing menus, raising prices, or reducing portions, I find it really hard to want to go back.
Today for example, I went in and ordered to go. I ordered the Mac n Cheese and tri-tip plate, which I had tried a couple weeks ago to stay. The food was great, portion size was good, and despite how expensive it was I felt it was a fair price (about $18). Today however, the price ended up being $20, and not only did the food not taste as good as normal, but I got just a handful of steak and three broccoli sprouts, and the Mac n cheese was about 3/4 what i usually receive. There was also a hair in it.

I love this place! So much nutritious, delicious food. I’ve tried all of the salads, many different smoothies and desserts, and various other dishes. I think the only thing I didn’t love was one of their cookies! Service is usually on the slower side at this location, but the staff are all friendly. I am a fan and when I eat out, I go to Aubergine! Oh, and I love their breakfast options too!
